Beautiful home in a great neighborhood.

This was really an accommodating stay , the neighborhood is really nice and the house is really clean and spacious. Every restaurant known to man is within a few miles There is an African style zoo just over an hour away with lions, tigers, giraffe and many other animals ZOOSIANA. Awesome movie theater with lounge recliners and a bowling alley not too far neither. Walmart is only a mile away too. It’s only an hour away from the gulf also, (holly beach) you have to ride a car ferry to that particular beach (which was really cool it only cost 1 dollar. No extraordinary American landmarks but for a simple good time it’s great. Also 1 hr away is the regatta , this place is amazing food , drinks and you can eat on an enormous patio I would highly recommend Carlos and his place

Perfect location for our stay in Lake Charles. You will be just a block or two away from the lake and a cute little park and just minutes away from restaurants downtown. The location felt very safe and it was nice to have a covered parking spot right in front of the front door. The furnishings and decor are beautiful! We felt right at home. All of the bedrooms are upstairs and there is a little balcony off of the primary bedroom. The bed are absolutely divine! The linens would rival any fine hotel. Towels were plentiful. My only suggestion is to bring sleep mask if sunlight bothers you in the morning. There are beautiful drapes and shades, but not exactly black out. The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. I would recommend Cody's place to anyone staying in Lake Charles! We look forward to a return stay :-)

The house is amazing very neat, clean, decorated pretty, very cozy, felt like home. The rooms are very clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. The bar is amazing and the pool is large and very beautiful, not to mention pristine. There’s a tv and bathroom outside by the pool. The pool table was amazing and the house has board games as well. The kitchen has plenty of pots, casserole dishes, containers, utensils, and etc. As you can see I realllllyyyy enjoyed this home, I didn’t wanna leave 😢😢. Both of my hosts es very quick to respond, all questions were answered promptly, and y’all are the bomb. I will be booking again. The price is AMAZING. Don’t hesitate at all hit the reserve button YOU WILL MOTVBE DISAPPOINTED. THANKS AGAIN.

We basically just needed this home for some rest. We arrived fairly late and just wanted to get some rest. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept like babies! The beds are on the taller side, so my short mom had a little trouble climbing up there. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe, which is a big deal to us. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Clean and neat. VERY comfy and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We were in town for business, and this house was exactly what we needed. Very clean, very organized, easy to get to, and close to town. We will be staying here in the future!

The house itself is cozy and well-maintained, with a charming decor that made us feel right at home. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a peaceful patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing us with great local tips that made our trip even better. We loved being able to explore the nearby attractions without any hassle.
