Tuvimos unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa maravillosa. La propiedad es preciosa, con vistas increíbles y un jardín espectacular que invita al descanso y la desconexión total. Las camas son muy cómodas, lo que hizo que cada noche fuera perfecta después de días llenos de tranquilidad y paisajes hermosos. Aunque el acceso a la propiedad no es el más sencillo, para nuestra familia fue toda una aventura que valió completamente la pena. Al llegar, te encuentras con un verdadero paraíso. Además, el equipo de Eliza y Vicky estuvo siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudarnos con todo, lo que hizo que la llegada y la instalación fueran mucho más fáciles. Pudimos disfrutar del lago y de la propiedad donde tuvimos la oportunidad de reconectar como familia, compartir momentos inolvidables y crear recuerdos que siempre llevaremos con nosotros. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Vicky y Pedro quienes estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Volveremos pronto!!

Una casa hermosa, las habitaciones grandes y muy limpias, ambiente familiar tranquilo y privado, a pocas cuadras de la calle Santander y tienes muy cerca un lugar para realizar tu despensa para la estadía, muchas gracias por recibirnos y Don Tomas fue de gran ayuda, muy amable y nos apoyo inmediatamente, Gracias por todo, recomendamos esta casa como una gran experiencia, sin duda regresaremos

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

A secluded retreat in the heart of Panajachal. The house is absolutely beautiful and accommodated our family group of 8 perfectly. It felt very private and yet was a block from all the great bars, shops and restaurants on the main street Santander. Also very close walking distance to the North boat launch docks for access to the Lake. Teva, Ana and their team were extremely responsive and helpful. We had a great trip and spent many evenings and morning lounging around the gorgeous house. Hope to return again soon!

We cannot overestimate how much we ADORED La Casa en la Piedra. Most gorgeous place we have ever stayed. Wonderfully chill and quiet - waking up in the morning with a view over the whole of Lake Atitlan was priceless. Really well equipped, clean and comfortable - Albert was a brilliant host and sent us so much information before our stay and was v responsive when we were there. Thank you thank you thank you for creating this gorgeous slice of paradise ❤️❤️❤️

The hosts are literally the sweetest and most helpful and communicative hosts I’ve ever interacted with. Thank you Veli for your hospitality. The Airbnb is soo spacious, comfy, and luxe. I loved waking up and going to bed with such an amazing view. The instructions for the home were clearly laid out as well as helpful suggestions of how to get to each surrounding village and what to do there. The hosts are transparent about everything. One thing to note is there are no lights to walk up and down 60 steps to the house so arrive before sunset or be prepared to use flashlights. The area was very safe though in my opinion. I really enjoyed my experience with the host and appreciate the stay! I’d definitely stay here again!

I will be saving this place for the next time I come to visit! Everything is close by, all within walking distance. The house was everything that we needed , like paradise. ❤️

This place was great. Gerson checked in with us everyday and the balcony was a nice place to sit and watch the lake. It was a great distance from the dense part of town. Enough distance to be away from the noise, but close enough to go towards when the moment called!

Wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to everything but not right in the center. Quiet at night, easy for transportation companies to get to, efficient check in process and good recommendations. German the tuktuk driver was our favorite!! Owner gave us his number upon arrival

Beautiful spacious apartment that’s in a great location - close to the port where you can take ferries to other towns and close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Very easy to communicate with the host and very clean! Would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here on Lake Aitlan. It was so homely, Nico was very welcoming when we first arrived and throughout the trip, along with Venus and Mary - they were all so helpful. The views were incredible for the platform and so relaxing! All the villages were in easy reach via boat or tuk tuk. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to be surrounded by a lovely community in a peaceful location.

We enjoyed the location and accuracy of the house. Host was very helpful. For the price it was great. It could use a fan, really stuffy inside at night. The pillows were really big or paper thin. We just didn’t sleep well here but it wasn’t a thing really to fix it. Quiet place with a shared driveway inside gate. Would return.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful property. The apartments are modern and the panoramic views of the volcanos are surreal. The grounds included a lovely sitting area with a fountain. The lower area is set up like a farm. The entire property was peaceful and serene. I would love to return to these apartments soon.

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a more relaxed stay. The view of San Pedro from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! I ended up spending more time at the unit in the hammock for that reason. There is no A/C (as most accommodations in the area) but you can leave the windows open to cool down at night (I didn’t have any insect problems during my stay). The unit is situated between San Pedro and San Juan so you’ll have easy access to both areas via tuktuk. San Pedro is a loud nightlife area so bring ear plugs (also what other guests have mentioned in their reviews so I was aware when I had booked this). I’m not sure if there are any other spots that you could get the same view without the noise. The unit is outside of the main busy areas so there aren’t any restaurants nearby but it’s really easy to grab a tuktuk right out front for very little (10-15 GTQ). Clemente was also very kind and very responsive. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe staying here.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos dias y desconectarse, su ubicación en las afueras lo hace perfecto para combinar paseos a pueblos vecinos y la tranquilidad de estar fuera de un centro urbano.

Excelente servicio, higiene, instrucciones claras, servicios de excelente calidad, un poco alejando de la zona viva pero se podía llegar en tuktuk sin problema alguna, muy amigable don Cirilo.

En toppenvistelse! Vi var tvungna att byta boende sent på kvällen, Andrea svarade direkt och personalen tog emot oss vid grinden och hjälpte oss med väskor nerför trapporna. Sängen var enorm och den skönaste vi någonsin sovit i. Otroligt vacker utsikt, bara några meter från sjön, att vakna till. Rent och fräscht och hade allt man behövde i kök och på badrum, stor och härlig dusch. Extra tack för att Andrea alltid svarade mycket snabbt och hon och personalen var mycket omtänksamma och hjälpsamma. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Sarah was such an amazing host because she was super helpful with transportation arrangements, activity recommendations and responsive to messages. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and the location was great because there were plenty of restaurant options, it felt safe and is just a short walk away from the lake-side.

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!
