Teresa was very responsive and gave clear instructions. This was a last minute booking for us to visit family during the early spring. This is a country style home with a large kitchen which met our needs perfectly. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the water. Teresa was a great host and we have since discovered that she has another Airbnb on the water. When we come back in the summer months we may rent that house as she was a terrific host.

This is our second stay here and we love it!! Thanks again for sharing your home while we were away for work. The backyard is our favorite part! ♥️

We felt welcomed and "hosted" throughout our marvelous three-night stay. Shari went out of her way to provide a wonderful home for our family as we gathered from multiple states. The accommodations exceeded expectations. She intuitively provided items in the home that even we (experienced guests) didn't anticipate. Everything about our time at Dock Holiday was a step above. Communication could not have been better. Everything was perfectly in order for a tremendous time away from the busyness of Nashville. Our many thanks for this special location, special home, and special time!

Second time I have stayed there and I have not been disappointed. Very clean and peaceful. Set up is great and loved the garage/ bar set up and pictures lol Very pleased!

I can't say enough about our great experience at Ron and Kathy's! The place is exactly as described, warm and welcoming. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the screen porch listening to the birds and the water lapping at the shore. We also had a campfire one night and watched the sunset. If you need some peaceful and quiet days this is the place for you! Ron and Kathy were so friendly and helpful with local fishing recommendations. 😊 We would definitely stay here again!

We booked this cottage last minute and I’m so glad we did! It is a beautiful place nestled in a quiet wooded area. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the hosts!

We felt right at home. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood yet so close to downtown. The home is cute and cozy yet comfortably spacious, with big closets and plenty of room. We had a nice little gathering of family over to visit and everyone loved the place. The upstairs suite is like something out of a magazine . The mattresses, bedding and towels were very nice, like a luxury hotel. The kitchen was well appointed, we even had a beautiful pink Kitchen Aid mixer, but we really loved the coffee maker. We will definitely re book next time we come to Clarksville. It’s a perfect house for our family.

malinda’s place was just what we needed! quiet and peaceful. the views and hot tub were perfect. the only things to be conscious of is the drive in. it has greats views as well but once you get to the lake, it is one way in and out and all gravel so be mindful. no complaints and definitely would stay again :)

The home was everything as described. Very nice and clean! I would kind of get a look at the directions before you head out there. You might not have service for a minute. Because we did look, it was easy to get to! Definately would stay there again!

The pictures give an accurate representation of what the unit and surrounding property looks like. Pictures can only do so much, though. What I would like to add is that everything was squeaky clean, that the floors look brand new and the walls were freshly painted in a serene color. Also, the beds were very comfortable and the bed linens were soft and felt luxurious. I communicated with Brandi prior to checking in and she was extremely responsive and a friendly person. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

We were attending an event up the road, and the location of Tony's cabins could not be beat! The cabins are exactly as described - rustic-style fishing cabins - so if you need anything 'extra' be sure to bring it along with you. We had a great stay, the cabins were quiet and comfortable, and definitely car camping like some of the other event attendees opted for! :)

Our stay was perfect! Exactly what we needed! Restful and peaceful - we sat outside and watched the sunset, enjoyed breakfast each morning on the back porch and it was glorious! A short 30 min drive and we were able to spend a great afternoon at a State Park and enjoyed a beautiful hike. The host was wonderful, allowed for a late check out and was very responsive to any inquiry - we definitely recommend this location and l will certainly be back!

Mary and Tim are the most exceptional hosts I've encountered, and we travel a lot. Anything we needed, they went above and beyond to accommodate. Anything we forgot to pack, was already there. They have all the little essentials a lot of hosts forget - tupperware, wine openers, koozies, throw blankets, fans, q-tips, local food menus, etc. The back porch was my favorite part of the stay. It is so peaceful to listen to the birds chirp and watch the sun rise over the lake. Having a dock that we were able to leave our boat at was priceless. We fished every day we were there and caught a bunch of good-sized crappie, but also blue gill and channel catfish. We ate at Kelly's Kafe and it was really good and inexpensive. It's truly a small town with the best people. Everyone was so friendly. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay at the Roc n Doc again!

My son said this was his favorite Airbnb of all time. It’s simply a unique property and experience. It’s like visiting your family cabin on a spacious property with a beautiful creek. The fire pit is amazing and it’s easy to get a fire going. We felt at home very quickly and truly enjoyed meeting owner Jerry. It would not have been the same without him. He is truly kind and his hospitality and knowledge of the property and surrounding area is outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and had a memorable celebration. Six of us stayed and wanted to return at another time to enjoy this place again. Many thanks to Jerry for allowing us to stay and being such a gracious host.

This little place was amazing. There are breathtaking views from the cabin. the cabin is modern but also rustic, which we enjoyed. The kids loved sleeping in the loft. We rented a golf cart for our stay and the boys loved riding around on it. The boys enjoyed the community pool as well. Everybody is so laid-back and friendly. We rented a pontoon and a tube for one day and had a blast!!! We would highly recommend doing that if you have teenagers. Pagliai’s had delicious pizza and it’s only about 20 minutes away. There’s also a gas grill on the deck that works great. The place is stocked pretty well with basics for cooking. The Running Rooster antique/thrift shop is right next to/ behind the resort. It’s worth a visit, very friendly people and fun items to look at. We would definitely consider coming back again. We had a great time at Holiday Hills!

We took our grand kids for a two nights stay and had a blast. We hiked all through the woods and around the lake spotting all sorts of animal tracks and learning to skip rocks. The grand kids love going on adventures and roasting hotdogs and marshmallows so they didn’t want to leave. My husband and I were very happy with the big cabin and plan to come back when it’s warmer with the rest of the family!

It was BEAUTIFUL! Quiet and secluded, the house was amazing, and Michael was quick to respond to any of our questions. This place exceeded our expectations and if I'm ever in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
