i stayed a week here before with me and my coworkers and she was a amazing host but had to leave since we only had booked a week but our trip to texas was for a month and once we saw there was a opening again and we had to take it cause the first time was a great experience

The pool area is very relaxing and modern, the master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Kitchen has everything you need and more and the speakers throughout the home topped it off! This was a very nice and comfortable apartment. Right off the highway but very quiet! The community amenities looked very nice. The pool was unexpectedly closed, so that was a bummer. Overall, we would stay here again. It is a great value and a great host!

This was the perfect place for our multi-generational family reunion to be in the same location. The brothers-in-law enjoyed the fishing and the hot-tub. The sisters and grandma loved the expansive couch and big dining room table for catching up. The elementary schoolers loved the bunk beds and getting to see the wildlife! To top it off, everyone got their own room which made for a more restful experience. Thank you, Villas!

Such a cool spot for our eclipse visit. We used their kayaks at Camp Joy during the sunset which was perfect end to the trip. Highly recommend and would go again for sure.

When we arrived the lockbox to retrieve the key was not there. I contacted the host, who responded quickly, that she forgot to tell me they had to move the lockbox inside the apartment and I could go in and find the box on the counter. It was not there, but again after contacting the host and her responding quickly we found that the complex manager had installed it on the wall. We retrieved the key fob but found out that the door lock did not work with the fob. You could not lock or unlock the door. We had to again contact our host to let her know that now we can’t leave because of the door locking issue. Our host was quick to respond and after a minor delay in getting our long weekend started, the host was able to get the locking situation fixed. Understanding that these situations happen and at no fault of the host. She did great at getting it resolved. Lovely rental and accommodations.

Adam’s Place is great! We spent almost 2 weeks there while I worked in Fort Worth. The location is fantastic. The house was very clean and well equipped. The sunsets are magical! The master bed is quite comfy too. Excellent experience.

The apartment was very nice! Clean and had everything we needed. The host responded to messages in a timely matter and was very sweet! Only thing I didn’t like was there not being any curtains in the bed room. The bright lights from the building next to us shined throw the blinds all night and the pool wasn’t open.

This house was lovely and well appointed. Furniture was comfortable and the entire home was spotlessly clean. If ever in the area again we would certainly want to stay here. Thank you Rick!

We had an amazing stay at Jeannie’s place! The Airbnb was seriously the cleanest place my wife and I have been. It was stylish, and exactly as described. The location was perfect close to Denton. Jeannie was incredibly responsive and provided clear check-in instructions, which made everything seamless. The thoughtful touches, like welcome snacks, and comfy bedding really made us feel at home. We’d love to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very relaxed feel!
