Listen to the sounds of the river from the private rear deck. *This is the 1st floor unit of a 2 story building so you may hear footsteps or occassional noise. Suite 3 has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Bayside Park which has public tennis courts, volleyball nets, outside skateboard park, and a playground for children. The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride.

You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

In the Fall you are surrounded by stunning foliage, and in the Summer you are walking distance to swimming holes and the Stowe rec path.
