The cottage is within walking distance to hiking trails, parks, Knife River Beach (3 blocks), Knife River Marina & The Great Lakes Candy Store. Minutes drive to Canal Park, Two Harbors, Gooseberry and Split Rock. The marina has public access for all your boating/fishing needs or fish the river -located across the street.

Visit Bayfield 20 min away or take in the quirky, small-town of Cornucopia and then come home to pure comfort and take a sauna in this peaceful forest! The cabin has an occupancy limit of 2 adults and one dog. A SUP board is stored near the beach for guests in summer.

This cabin was built for family gatherings and a recreational retreat and has been in the family for years. We offer a place to sleep 4 with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, bar area, dining table and a small bathroom with a shower and sink. We also have an outside hydrant to rinse off your equipment or clean your fish and game. Be on the lookout for Moose, Deer, Bear, Fox, Grouse, and many of birds and listen for an occasional Timber Wolf in the night. Trailer parking is onsite.
