Taylor Bay House - Relax lakeside with lake views

This holiday home is a 2 storey 5 BR property with Lake Eildon frontage. The lake is accessed from the front of the property when the water level is up. Ideal for swimming, fishing, kayaking or boat mooring. The house is set on 2 acres with wildlife. This a cosy 70s style holiday house with a new kitchen, living area, bathrm, toilet and 2 bedrooms upstairs. With a more modern extension downstairs we have 3 more b/rms, another living area with pool table plus the 2nd bathrm, toilet and laundry.

Views and privacy on 100 acres - Lodge style stay

Views will take your breath away! The off-grid lodge is nestled into a ridge & completely private, you have it all to yourselves. Sleeps up to ten people. More if guests bring their swags. Large dining table, couches, full-size fridge, air conditioner, wood heater, BBQ & pool table. It is very pretty & private. Everyone who stays seems to enjoy themselves, but don’t expect a serviced town-style motel room or apartment. Bring your own pillows, sheets/quilts, or sleeping bags, & towels.

Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. “Ahh, the serenity” is exactly what you’ll be sighing as you sit back and enjoy gorgeous mountain views at this stunningly beautiful Bonnie Doon farm-style retreat. Positioned at the top of a hill, you can gaze over kilometers of the Victorian High Country rolling hills and eye the popular waters of Lake Eildon which are only a stone's throw away. Located a short 40 minutes from the famous ski fields of Mt Buller it is the perfect place to come home to after a great day on the slopes.

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Cedar Retreat - Semi-detached Apartment

The house is close to the high country with beautiful views. The apartment is ideal for a small family or couple. Even though it is attached to the house it is very private. All bedding/towels etc. supplied. Guests interested in accessing Mt. Buller for the snow season, mountain biking, bush walking or just taking in the wonderful scenery will find this location ideal. Blue Wren Cottage

This cosy & charming cottage has a separate living area with sofa, TV, table and four chairs. a wood fire, self contained kitchen with 4 burner stove top, sink, full fridge and microwave. It has a large bathroom & the bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, a trundle bed or a cot. With lovely leadlight windows featuring Blue Wrens and stunning views from the windows over the farm and the hills. Small enclosed yard for pets. We provide all bedding and towels.

Oberon Lodge Full House / 9 Bedrooms / Sleeps 20

Oberon Lodge Merrijig is a fully renovated farm stay retreat, offering panoramic mountain views, native bushland, and olive grove. Ideally suited to large family, friend, or work groups. It features 3 kitchenette-living areas, 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms sleeping up to a maximum of 20 people. It has a large outdoor space with BBQ, outdoor seating and firepit. It is close to the regional town of Mansfield (15mins) & Mt Buller Ski resort(45mins).
