Angelique is a very nice host. They helped me when I was in trouble. "The whole family was warm and comfortable, so I extended my stay." Breakfast was also very delicious and I was looking forward to it every day. There is a green truck nearby, and it is also wonderful to be able to exercise.

Sans doute une des plus belles expériences de voyage. J´avais réservé 4 nuits, je suis resté une nuit de plus et je ne voulais plus partir. Bonnie est super, c´est une personne très accueillante, toujours souriante, toujours prête à prodiguer des conseils. Chez Bonnie on fait partie de la famille. Ses deux enfants sont curieux et sociables et toujours de bonne humeur. J´espère te revoir Bonnie, merci pour tout. Je me rappellerai toute ma vie de ces quelques jours chez toi.

C'est un endroit idéal seul ou accompagné. C’est une zone très sécuritaire à tout moment de la journée ou de la nuit. La piscine, et le bruit des oiseaux au réveil rend la maison unique de même que le petit déjeuner au café bio et au goût inoubliable. Des restaurants a côté ainsi qu'un bar. Faites y un tour et vous ne serez pas déçu.

Staying in this lovely village with Mama Emilienne was our best and most authentic Rwandan experience, truly local experiences with lovely people of the village. She's the heart of the village and we had a chance to participate in their annual celebration for kids and see their performance and talents. we've been offered great coffee, variety of locally grown fruits and veggies and tasty dishes cooked with local ingredients even rabbit from the village. the village and the villa are both stunning and peaceful, you'll have a bird symphony every morning... Thanks to Inosa, Marta and Cynthia as well for taking good care of us.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour au Flamingo. L'emplacement est idéalement situé au centre-ville, sécure et proche de toutes commodités. Le personnel du Flamingo est très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et fait le maximum pour rendre votre séjour agréable. De plus, chaque matin, vous avez droit à un délicieux petit déjeuner qui est compris dans le prix de la nuitée. Vous pouvez également commander un repas sur place à un bon prix. Il y a également le Wi-Fi. Bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande vivement. Merci encore.

Beautiful Bungalows in great Location Right at Kivu lake. Walking distance to Shops, bars and Restaurants. The hosts are super nice and hospitable and make you feel welcome Right away. Also GREAT massage and super tasty breakfast!!! No WiFi but just enjoy the view :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Quartier très calme situé près des ministères mais aussi de restaurants sympas. Judith est accueillante, disponible et très arrangeante, ce qui est très appréciable. La chambre est très propre et grande. Le petit déjeuner inclus est délicieux et copieux. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coalescence Hotel during my visit to Kigali, Rwanda, and I must express my utmost satisfaction with the experience. From the moment I checked in to the day of departure, every aspect of my stay was outstanding + I came for the ABH conference at the Convention Center, and it was just a 10-minute drive. I stayed a whole week ! - Warm Welcome, Good rooms, and efficient Check-In: I liked how proactive they were in getting me a taxi at the airport just because I made an inquiry about it. Although I forgot to reach out to the taxi guy, it was a thoughtful gesture to help me fix a cab. P.S. Providing a mosquito net was a nice touch. - Alice Is A Gem: a truly remarkable human. Alice went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail were truly commendable. Coalescence Hotel is a true gem in Kigali. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I stayed two nights as a solo traveler visiting the national park to do gorilla trekking and other activities, following a conference in Kigali. Bernice and the staff were extremely helpful in helping me find the place, cooking meals, and giving local recommendations. With their help, I was able to arrange a boat tour on lake Ruhondo. Breakfast was included, and I paid a fair price for dinners and packed lunches -- the food was excellent and abundant. The grounds are tranquil and mostly quiet despite being in the main village. I would stay again!

Heaven Villa is a great place to stay while in Kigali. I've been to Heaven during a previous visit for the restaurant (which, by the way, is delicious!!), but this was my first stay in the villa. Heaven Villa is located in a bit of a bubble, away from the city center, but it was exactly what I needed to get a quiet, good night's rest at the end of a long day. Rooms and bathrooms are both very clean and comfortable, and I was grateful for the standing fan that was provided. Internet can be a bit spotty, but the staff were always quick to give me another login. Which brings me to the best part of this place--the staff. The staff were the clear standouts during my stay. Everyone is so incredibly kind; they truly treat their guests like dear friends. Anything that comes up and you need assistance with, the staff are there right away to help. I want to convey extra special thanks to Prosie, Minnie, Nicholas, the driver James, (and a few others at the front desk whose names have slipped my mind)!! A thousand thanks to each of you, and I will be back soon! :)
