Alquiler de alojamientos para vacaciones con acceso a un lago en Lake Kivu

Great house with a wonderful terrace above the lake. No mosquitoes in the house as the host put good mosquito nets and we closed all windows well before sunset. Dinner and beer on the terrace were wonderful. We had stars above and the quiet lake below. Across the lake is a simple village specialised in local beer, grilled pork and simple shopping. It is 500 meters by canoe or motorboat.

I needed a break after a busy week in Kigali and I was pleased to find this amazing home. The team who works at the place were friendly and accommodating. They listened to feedback and so did the guest. The place is 15 Km after Kayonza towards Gatsibo. Not quite at the lake but the view of the lake give min away is great. The food from the Resto was equally great. The place is advertised as entire but at some points the team may need access. I requested the host to make that very clear in their description for guests who may want complete privacy. I would certainly book again as I felt refreshed here.

Estancia maravillosa en esta casa rodeada por gente de otro planeta: acogedores, sonrientes, serviciales, estupendos animadores y cocineros! No te faltará de nada se te quedas en esta casa. La villa está en plena renovación, un lavado de cara importante para una casa antigua, pero bien situada, protegida y acogedora. Por la noche podrás disfrutar de conversaciones mágicas alrededor del fuego y compartir momentos con los anfitriones. Ha sido estupendo! Le petit maison du lac was everything I was hopping for and more. Being a nature lover, it's a beautiful place away from everything. It's very quite and relaxing, and the views are incredible. I especially like the nighttime views of the stars sitting by the fire next to the lake. I went with my family and friends and we had an incredible time. Weather you're looking for a quite time with your family or a "gathering" with your friends this is the place. The host Clarise was the best. She reached out to us immediately and gave us all the tips to make our time even better. We purchased a whole goat for a great price and her guy made us several great meals out of it for us, including "agatogo" in the morning which instantly kills the hangover :) Anyways I can go on and on, but simply put this is a great place and I highly recommend it. I'll be going back again and again

This slice of paradise is such a good place to get away for a few days. The garden is stunning and so relaxing, chickens roaming around, lots of birds to spot, as it's right at the waterfront of lake Muhazi. In the evening, sit on the veranda with a fire and wake up early for a refreshing swim. You can easily cook for yourself with all pots, pans and cutlery that is available, but if you want there's a couple of restaurants in the area as well that you can check out.. Did I already mention how beautiful the garden is? :-) I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back here. Thank you Dominik and Naomie!

Amazing place to rest and contemplate the Ruhondo lake and surrounding volcanoes. the banana House is cozy and with well decorated interior, we loved it!

Naboth was a great host, made sure I was comfortable and provided quick responses to all my questions. Got me another place right by the lake as his was being renovated and made sure everything went perfect every single day. Highly recommended to other travellers
