The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. The basement has a great living room area, and lots of things to do....Foosball, pool, ping pong, air hockey, etc. PLEASE, NO PETS. A violation fee will apply for non compliance.
