Wir vermieten eine zweigeschossige, plus Untergeschoss, komplette Wohnung im Musikerviertel in Teltow. Die Wohnung ist ca. 81 qm groß, sehr hell und freundlich, Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück und auch auf der Straße. Eine große Terrasse, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, erreicht man direkt durch das Wohnzimmer. Verkehrsverbindungen nach Berlin sind Fußläufig in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich mehrere im nahen Umfeld. Bitte die Hausregeln lesen.

This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Willkommen in unsere liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichteten ruhigen Souterrainwohnung (ca. 60 m²). Kino, Bioladen, Supermärkte und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert. Küche, Boden, Heizungen, Waschmaschine und Matratzen/Bett sind neu. Der Wohn/Essbereich ist offen gestaltet und kann mit einem durchgehenden weißen Vorhang vom Schlafbereich abgetrennt. Die Wohnung ist eventuell für sehr große Menschen nicht geeignet, da die Decke niedriger ist als normal.

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

Just a small note, a large friendly dog ​​lives on the property.
