Really enjoyed our stay, the cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The lake and surrounding area were beautiful. Jills instructions were clear and the cabin was easy to get to. Only complaint was the fishing was a little slow but that probably had more to do with our fishing abilities.

First things first we have to say WOW! Me and my husband decided to get away for a weekend and we both really enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. We were blown away by the cleanliness, beautiful views and how freindly and accommodating Ian was. Loved the note in the information book about how the cabin was crafted and made. The pride and craftsmanship that was put into this place really shows. You can tell Ian and his wife Lorna both care about their cabin and the people that rent it from them. The cabin itself was so comfortable and we felt right at home. It is definitely an outdoor enthusiasts dream! We checked ice conditions for ice fishing, went snowshoeing, went to riding mountain to see the bison and visited clear lake. Lots of beautiful scenery, very private. Loved the fact that you hear nothing, no highways, no busy streets. Felt like the perfect getaway! We have already been thinking of which date we would like to book again in the near future. Sweet little cottage with everything you need.

Location was close to the highway for travelling. He was able to accommodate our truck and trailer for parking at the quiet end of the street. No washcloths provided so you will want to bring your own. Bed was very comfortable. Area was quiet for sleeping. Would recommend.
