Fobes Hill Cottage - Snohomish

Welcome! The cottage is on 5 acres in farm country and is only 1.7 miles from the historic town of Snohomish. Built in 1916 and fully renovated in 2017, the cottage is full of character but has all the comforts of a modern getaway. Fobes Cottage is located in a serene, pastoral community where many are third generation homeowners. Frequently your view out windows includes deer grazing under the ancient apple trees. Guests are welcome to pick raspberries or blueberries from the garden in season.

The Bennett House has two bedrooms each with a queen beds and one large bathroom with tub and shower. Spacious dining and living rooms for the perfect vacation from everyday life.

When you step outside you are treated to views of hot air balloons in the morning and sky divers throughout the day when the sky is clear. Located in a valley along the Pilchuck River 3.5 miles from downtown Snohomish, our 22 acre farm has been in our family for 4 generations. A refurbished 100 year old farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably. Play in the river, ride your bike along the Centennial Trail to downtown Snohomish, host your family , enjoy the tranquility of the country. Camping and campfires are available. . This is a family property, and you will see us working in the garden and fields. We are unable to host family pets.

Lake Stevens North Cove Beach House

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake.

Contemporary Poolside Paradise w/ Hot Tub

Our beautiful home features a backyard oasis with a pool—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Inside, you’ll find a modern design with spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms for a seamless stay. Conveniently located near local attractions, dining, and shopping, it offers both comfort and accessibility. The pool is heated to 85°F from April through October and is closed during the rest of the year. The hot tub is fully heated between 6pm - 6am.

Our studio apartment has a private entrance and a private Juliet balcony to enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound. Sleep in comfort on a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable head and foot lift. Additional sofa bed for extra guests. All necessities provided. Private indoor pool with views out to Puget Sound. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.
