Shannon's house was wonderful! We had several members of management in town for a site upgrade at our business and instead of hotel rooms, we rented Shannon's house. They all gave rave reviews about their stay and loved being able to hang out in a cozy setting instead of a hotel lobby. Thank you! We'll definitely book again when we are in town.

Our stay at the treehouse was amazing! The host, Carla, provided lots of information and was very responsive. The property itself is something special and every detail has been well planned. You feel like you are in a magical forest by the lake. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, private, and just what we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you, Carla, for providing such a great stay - you truly are a super host!

We have had the pleasure of staying in several of Alan’s properties in the Northport area during my daughter’s time at the University of Alabama and they have all been consistently clean and comfortable, well stocked, and well thought out. I know when we book one of Alan’s properties, I don’t have to worry about a thing! Such a nice feeling when you are traveling 10 hours or so from Oklahoma. We are able to relax and enjoy our time with family. Would book with Alan every time if we could!

The Bungalow on 5th was the perfect solution for our family traveling in from both GA & NM. It provided a home away from home, was very comfortable, & allowed us to bring our pups. The value was great & offered more than two hotel rooms could provide, such as family meals & game night while watching a movie of our choice. We’ll look here as our first choice for future visits hoping it’s not booked out!

This is the second time we've stayed here and we've loved it each time! The house is beautiful and we always feel right at home with all the extra touches (breakfast items, etc).

Perfect home base for University of Alabama visits! This house exceeded all our expectations during our recent trip to visit our son at UA. The location was ideal - just a short drive to campus while offering a peaceful retreat from the university bustle. The space was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and had every amenity we could need. Our host was incredibly responsive.

We were shocked when we walked in — the pictures were beautiful but they didn’t do it justice! And they had the house decorated for Christmas which my kids absolutely loved! It was so cozy.

Our stay was wonderful! The place is exactly as pictured and entering was super easy. We would love to stay again!
