The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

This was the most amazing trip we’ve taken to date and having a great place to rest our heads was super important. The apartment had everything we needed and even extras! Cheryl was an amazing hostess from her quick response time to helping me create a birthday surprise for my fiance. Her and Tod were delightful the few times we saw each other. They have a stack of menus for local businesses in the nightstand which helped us find our new favorite place for when we stay again! The apartment was neat, clean and despite it being Florida, we didn’t see any buggies inside. The outside portion had so many nice places to sit, we loved every second of enjoying the outdoors in the various sitting areas. We just had an amazing time and we can’t wait to stay again. The space is beautiful and i don’t know if i can say enough to really explain just how much we enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing this space Cheryl and Tod!

We loved our stay at Andi’s home in Weeki Wachee. We loved starting the day with a cup of coffee on the dock and then hopping into one of the many kayaks to explore the pristine and amazing Weeki Wachee river. My son and I fell in love with the area and will definitely be back. The house was comfortable and Andi was a responsive and wonderful host.

We were only there for one night, but everything we needed was there. Close restaurant and sports bar nearby that we went to. Also only 3 miles from our family wedding venue. So it worked perfectly for us. Thank you Sherry!

5 stars all around! I just spent 5 nights at the Treehouse and hated to leave. I'm in sync with all the other reviews as they say it all! Perfect place just off the highways but close to the necessities in the Orlando/Lakeland area. Delightful views on Lake Ariana and plenty of rabbits and squirrels to watch while relaxing at the end of the day. Joni and Dennis were wonderful hosts and just a text away to answer any questions. Definitely will stay here again when I get back to the area. BOOK IT!

John was a wonderful host! His arrival instructions were detailed and super helpful, and he responded to all of my questions immediately! The Airbnb was lovely, super clean, cute and exactly what we needed for the weekend (and the backyard area was the perfect place to sit near the water and relax!). If you’re looking for a peaceful space that is still super close to everything you might want to do in Tampa, I highly recommend booking a stay here! We will definitely book here again the next time we are visiting Tampa.

The pictures does not do this spot justice. The location is serene, free of light pollution, and is extremely peaceful and private. Once inside, the unit was bigger than how it appeared in pictures with all the amenities as promised. Will likely book again when looking for a peaceful escape.

Orit was so accommodating and friendly. She even went out of her way to install a tv in the bedroom for us. The place was super clean with everything you would need. The whole house is very spacious and comfortable like home. The linens were clean, comfortable and not old and dingy. I would definitely come back to this airbnb any day. Highly recommend

Great place to stay! Can’t to town for a concert at the Yuengling center and was about a 20min car ride. Walking distance to the hard rock which was awesome! The house was very clean and the view was great! Michael was vey nice and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Rebecca’s place was perfect. We loved the location and the house was great. Our kids loved having access to paddle boards and kayaks.

This was our second time booking with Alisson at her Weeki Wachee river house and it absolutely exceeded our expectations once again! This home is perfect for a family and/or friends weekend on the water. She made sure we had everything (and more) that we needed, the house is always so clean and put together. Absolutely loved our stay here!! The unit was conveniently located right on Weeki Wachi with river access and plenty of water toys! The location was still private and peaceful. It was extremely clean and there wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t provided! Very responsive host. Can’t say enough great things, looking forward to staying here again sometime

It was our first trip as a family with our 9 month old daughter! We enjoyed the stay, and I would stay we stayed home for longer than we went out! It explains how comfortable and beautiful the stay is. Highly recommend it :) We were 4 adults and 1 kiddo, so we had all the space!

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

Condo was spacious and had what we needed. Showers had good pressure. The king bed was very comfortable. There isn’t any streaming, only cable and the WiFi wasn’t good, but we had a great time. The pool is really warm and huge so we really enjoyed that. It’s really close to anything theme park related, Disney Springs, etc. The balcony was fantastic with a very relaxing view.

This was my second time staying with Schaff Properties, and I truly love the hotel it’s located in. It’s just a few minutes from the airport, with a gated check-in that adds a sense of security. The unit overlooks a pool, gym, and the bay, and there’s even a little restaurant. My favorite part is enjoying my mornings people-watching and spotting dolphins in the bay, such a peaceful way to start the day. The host is consistently friendly and responsive, even during late hours, which I really appreciate. My only real complaint is the additional $10 per day charge for a third guest. It was just me, my partner, and a child, so that felt a bit unnecessary. Also, the price has gone up by about $400 since my last visit in 2021, and unfortunately, a few amenities (like the pier and lounge area) were damaged by a recent hurricane and are no longer available. Still, it’s a solid Airbnb overall and that balcony view gets me every time.

The resort was perfect with a tiki bar and food available ( breakfast and coffee in morning) all day if you are not cooking while on vaca.Relaxing at the pool that overlooks the bay! The views of the sunset were amazing!! Clearwater beach is 30 minutes (depending on time of day) went two times during my stay Your place is lovely and I would love to return!

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Great spot. The balcony is great for in the morning having coffee. The pool was very nice with lots of seats and the restaurant there had great frozen drinks and food. The sunset at the pool is pretty awesome. We definitely would return to this air bnb!! location was right between the beach and downtown.

Impeccable stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Clean, very well located, beautiful view (lake and pool), free package delivery, and good parking (free). There are shops and restaurants within 100 meters. I definitely recommend it. Thanks, Ricardo!

My daughter and I decided to do a little getaway and this was the perfect place for us. It was everything advertised. Was very pleased with the cleanliness linens, kitchen, and basically everything. Patrick was very responsive, since the start of reservation to the end The fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Epcot were visible from the front balcony, the beautiful lake and sunrise was beautiful from the back balcony. I’ve already suggested this little place to others.
