4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

La Bohème is a peaceful, stylish studio on the outskirts of Denver. A garage now turned bohemian accessory dwelling, this spacious and light filled space is its own separate unit. We live on the property with our son and his family, but you won't hear much from us. La Bohème is tuck in the rear of our property, with private off-street parking. 10 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Red Rocks, this original, family run Airbnb is just the relaxing getaway for you.

Just 3 miles from downtown Denver, the city is quite accessible, as are the Rocky Mtns. Our cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Full kitchen.
