We enjoyed staying here during our visit to Kathmandu. Mr.Sandeep was always there to help us with anything we needed during our stay, he even provided us with local recommendations. The place was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The huskies were adorable too. The place is nearby some really nice and inexpensive restaurants. We had a great time staying at this place and will definitely recommend it.

This charming, cozy room was located in a gated complex. There is a kitchen and bar located directly on the property that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Nir will also be opening a bakery very soon. The location is one block behind the stupa and there is no shortage of restaurants and shopping. Sonam was exceptionally helpful in responding to my questions.

Babin is an extremely hospitable host. I only stayed at his place for 1 night as a transit to Pokhara but Babin picked me up from the airport and gave a good room with all amenities to have a good night rest. I also got a good breakfast in the morning and he called a cab for me to get to the airport on time.

one of the comfortable and neat place for the long stay. well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds provided. wifi speed was good. local shops for grocery were just walkable. 8-10km from main city, finding cabs or shared transport is difficult. if u have your own vehicle then it's a must go property. arjun and madam was really helpful in all the means and they really looked after very well. Situated in peaceful residential area. Google sometimes shows thin lanes as best route. Always coordinate with the owner. He was very helpful. My only concern was that there were no fan in the rooms. Though not required throughout the year in Kathmandu but in June it was hot and humid.

Perfect place in Kathmandu for short and long-term stays. Flats are comfortably equipped with all the needed amenities, as depicted in photos. Best silent location away from pollution and the rush of the city, yet in walking distance to the center. Urmila and her family are all very helpful in assisting you in every situation to make your stay most comfortable. I will stay again in the future. Thank you.

Uttam was the kindest and most hospitable host I had, his family was extremely generous and welcoming! They always cared a lot for our wellbeing and made sure we have everything we need. The house is very spacious, air conditioning worked very well, we had hot water, drinking water, android tv. I enjoyed so much staying here, I even had a family dinner with Uttam family and had an amazing conversation together. Much love and gratitude!

This place is surrounded by beautiful Mountains fresh air gorgeous very beautiful views bit far from town but believe me This place is gem for nature lovers streets are very nice u can do long peaceful walks. There are plenty of little stores to get everything u need. Rajesh was super helful from day 1 he guided thru whole stay and replies immediately any kind of help support he was there always. His brother bipin and his family are very nice and friendly i felt like home.The apartment has beautiful interior and very well equiped kitchen u will find everything in kitchen. The room was clean and has beautiful views. The terrace view is so beautiful. This place will be in my favorites.❤❤❤

Great stay with friendly hosts. Amir was kind and always happy to help. I hope to visit again and would definitely come back to stay here again. Highly recommend it to everyone that want some privacy while remaining in a close proximity to Thamel at excellent rate and service.

The stay was amazing. My family was utmost comfortable and was really appreciating it the whole time. The maintenance was well kept and the service was amazing. Five plus stars!! The live-in host and hostess treated us like part of the extended family. They welcomed us, helped arrange transportation, and advised us on what not to miss (we were a group of six cultural travelers). The easy walk to Boudhanarth Stupa to join the locals in their early morning observances is not to be missed (we went twice). The large house is beautifully furnished with an artistic flair. Sit out on the patio in the garden under large avocado trees dripping with fruit. A great stay in Kathmandu.
