We loved staying at High Tides Good Vibes. We had a beautiful view of the ocean, with beach access only a short walk (less than a block) away. The kitchen had what we needed to cook in, the local piggly wiggly had fresh ingredients and other items needed. Very relaxing location, quiet/peaceful. Great spot!

Our family of four loved our stay at Nirvana! The location was perfect - steps away from the water, beautiful walking and fishing spots! The toys and amenities were so fun - paddling, biking, corn-hole, hot tub and sauna! The home was well stocked. The views of the sunrise and moon rise were spectacular! We’d definitely come back!

This coastal cottage is a hidden gem! Our family enjoyed our stay here in early March, great weather and few bugs. The location is off the beaten path, perfect for a stay-cation. We even saw lots of waterfowl, otters, and wild hogs from the back porch! Would stay here again!

Saw lots of sea life - dolphins, pelicans, sea gulls, otter, herons, eagles. We saw the dolphins swarming the fish. Awesome sight. Lots of deer in the park across the road. Plenty of privacy. House very spacious - plenty of storage areas. Lots of windows for viewing the gulf activity. Great deck.

We spent a fantastic week at the Fun Flamingo. We had a small issue at check in, but Lisa responded immediately and took care of the issue promptly. I can't say enough good things about Lisa's responsiveness. As for the location all I have is good things to say. The house is wonderful, we had 6 people and never had felt like we were on top of each other. The beach is literally right out the back door, its not a private beach, but it sure felt like it. We saw dolphins every day. The kitchen had plenty of appliances, the margarita machine was a nice touch. Plenty of games and books to stay busy, if you needed a break from the beach. No one wanted to leave, we had 4 kids with us and normally someone is ready to go home. This time all anyone wanted to talk about was when we could go back.

Bayside bungalow was fantastic! There was a great view of the bay. Very low traffic being at the end of the road and the neighbors were nice! The house was cozy and clean as well! I'll definitely be back!

Pam's place is the perfect spot for relaxing and listening to the birds and frogs in the wetlands behind the house. Beach access is a short, pleasant walk across the street. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and the camper had everything I needed.

What a gem Helen’s property is!!! From the beautiful gardens, which I meditated and did yoga in each morning before dawn to the deck over looking the ocean, to watching sunrise with our coffee, we couldn’t have asked for a more rejuvenating space. The private beach is just that. We only saw 2 people on it the whole week and that was in the evening during low tide. We frolicked in the water daily as if we hadn’t a care in the world. The public beach (a very short drive down the road) is still very quiet, but there are a few people to stop and chat with about the dolphins showing off in the water and nature’s beauty. Helen is so kind and sweet, responding to our needs but never hovering. Puppy, who is friendly and calm, meandered over to say hi daily, and Plywood (a beautiful cat) would stop as if to say hi but never come too close. This is a magical space that we will forever hold in our hearts.

probably the cleanest Airbnb we've been to.. but no open restaurants in area... if I have any suggestions it would be to replace sofa with something more comfortable

We had a wonderful time on our spring break trip with family and friends! Peaceful and directly on the beach. The heated pool was a perfect addition! Plenty of room and space!

We had an amazing stay at Doug and Lori’s place celebrating my 55th birthday! What a great place and location. We immediately felt right at home. There was fun pirate/beach decor throughout. All very well done! It was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed the screened patio and the view of the pool is lovely! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recommend staying here and we definitely plan to stay again one day.

Beautiful property, VERY clean condo! Quiet and relaxing location. Loved the multiple balconies to have coffee at sunrise on. Would stay again for sure. We were sad to find out there was no fishing allowed on the docks by the condos, so you have to leave to do any fishing... otherwise amazing (:

This place is a gem! The house has everything you need including pool, hot tub, large yard, a great dock for fishing and watching the dolphins or the sunset. The location is perfect; just far enough away from everything to be quiet and private but close enough for a trip to downtown Appalachicola for shopping and dining, St. George Island for the beach, or state forests for hiking. Sara was a great host, easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place on the ocean. Plenty of outside seating areas for sun and shade. Saw dolphins almost every day. Grandkids loved the pool, hot tub and swimming in the ocean. We enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables and other outside games on the premises. Livia was very responsive to our questions. It was a great week!

We loved our first stay in Port St Joe and the Tipsy Turtle! The house was gorgeous, had absolutely everything you would ever need. Lots of pots, pans, dinnerware, mugs, etc. we had three families, two families with kids and there was tons of space for us all. Kids loved staying in the room with bunks. Literally so close to the beach, we went 5x a day! The pool is right next door and also a wonderful community pool. Very low key. Cannot say enough good things about this spectacular home, and this gem of an area. Loved how low key this whole area was. Very private. Raw Bar up the road was amazing! Food was phenomenal. Heather was so quick to respond and very communicative. Easy check in and very easy check out. Cannot wait to come back!

We just got back from the best vacation ever! The house was gorgeous! Clean as clean can be and bright, airy and beautiful. We lived at the pool and the beach the entire week. The wind was crazy so the heated pool was a necessity. I asked that the pool be heated before we got there and Marissa had it nice and warm for us on arrival. this was our Christmas present to our kids and it did not disappoint. We had 10 adults and five children. Every family had their own room and bathroom, which was lovely. Below the house we were able to park all our vehicles which were one truck and three minivans and we had room to spare. The walk to the beach was quick and easy for all our little ones. We have plenty of towels and chairs and toys. Thank you Marissa for a fabulous week!

We absolutely loved our stay. Andy and Susan were wonderful hosts and responsive and helpful. They saved us from a very unfortunate start to our vacation. The house is beautiful and very clean. Loved the box of beach accessories. Would highly recommend their house and we will definitely be back again.

Awesome beach house with beautiful sunrises. Family enjoyed surf fishing and caught most fish around 9pm each evening when tide came in to include sharks. Grandson loved watching the hermit crabs and the shallow areas are perfect for little ones to play in. One of the best things is it's very private with no neighbors beside you so we had beach to ourselves. Would love to visit again!

The condom etc all our expectations. Not only is this located right on the bay that we could enjoy from the comfortable interior, well stocked kitchen and the primary bedroom there is plenty of room to enjoy solitary time. We appreciated two covered parking spaces and the elevator plus a wagon in the unit to transport belongings. We didn't want for anything when we prepared dinners several nights, fully stocked kitchen including spices and coffee center. You will find maps of the area, sightseeing pamphlets and and binder with clear instructions, menus etc. Excellent Air bnb hosts. Thank you.

This place was absolutely breathtaking. We have never been to this part of the gulf and were amazed by the peaceful nature of the area. We loved hanging out at Bald Point Park, eating at Trident (a must!), and watching the dolphins from the beach. It’s amazing how close they come to shore. I was able to do my ice baths in the ocean for the first time since the water was so cold. Amazing! One thing I liked best about our stay was how you can just feel the warmth of the family who owns the home. You can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining the home and keeping it in great condition. Also, this place is HUGE! So much space for everyone to have their own little hang out spots. We brought two teenagers and my mom (75th bday!) and they all had a great time exploring the space and surrounding area. Nice to know we can bring a few more with us next time.

Beautiful spot in Panacea. The views of the bay were lovely. The house was cozy and worked for our family. My girls really enjoyed kayaking around the dock and playing in the sand of the little beach. We caught a couple of redfish & stingrays from the dock. Make sure to grab your groceries in before you come in to town. Dollar general is nearby if you forget something.

We can’t wait to stay back at Cape San Blas. The home and view was beautiful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend this listing. Don’t hesitate and book :)

Oh wow, what a wonderful place! Our family group of 10 had the perfect amount of space. We think we've found our new favorite rental! One of our party brought a boat, and we loved having the private dock on the inlet right there. The house was wonderfully stocked with all we needed to cook during our stay. Beds were very comfortable. The views are incredible, such that even a lazy morning not leaving the house still feels immersed in beach life. We definitely look forward to a future stay!

This place is just perfect. It was our home away from home for 10 days and by far our favorite family vacation. We’ve been vacationing off 30A for years but really wanted something more private, less busy and a place to unwind and spend time quality with our kids. Michelle’s home is inviting, cozy and comfortable. We love to cook and the chefs kitchen is well appointed. From catching blue crabs to sunset fires on the beach, this place is such a hidden treasure that we can’t wait to visit again next Summer. Michelle is a fantastic host!
