My family and I had an amazing time visiting family in North Carolina. The scenery was beautiful at Brian’s Airbnb. Very quiet, peaceful, and cute! We would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for something small, cute, and comfortable. Brian gave us some wonderful recommendations! My favorite thing about it was the gazebo on the pond, it was so beautiful.

We had a peaceful stay. The gazebo was beautiful. Some of us enjoyed to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. There were plenty of board games and televisions. You could not get bored. If you enjoy the outdoors, this place is a great place to stay since there is plenty of space to walk around and connect with nature. The stores are about 15 to 20 minutes out, but you can find everything you may possibly would want to go to.

Great stay! Was a great peaceful getaway. The property was gorgeous. All the things you could need was there. My fav part was the hot tub. Would definitely go again!

Thank you for another wonderful stay in you place! What we love the most is the open gathering space of the kitchen dining room and living room. We like to all be together when we travel with multiple families and this is the place to do it!! I love that I can be preparing a meal AND I don’t miss anything because everyone is right there ! Comfortable beds, great linens, clean spaces and large rooms to hang out in. The communication is top notch - I have never waited more than two minutes to get a response to a question. I highly recommend this rental to a large group !

A beautiful and well located property and a great glamping experience. Waking up to the serenity and views of the lake was a bonus after spending loud and busy days at the track. Carrie’s property is well taken care of as are her rescue horses and donkeys which seem very happy. Our last day we ventured out on the lake in a canoe and got to see some local birds and critters and hear a chorus of well rehearsed frogs. Delightful!

This was one of many visits our family has spent here. But boy was this one for the books! I will define booking another stay in the boat house! It has a great kitchenette, composting toilet so you don’t have to walk to bath house at night or with little ones, a tv you can do your own streaming services on which differs from the Aframes, and a bed that looks to the sliding glass doors out to the pond for beautiful sunrises and sunsets!!! It has a small deck perfect for fishing off of or for jumping off and swimming if you like pond swimming!! There is even a floating raft attached! The ducks have decided they like that spot for their home and are super friendly! If you bring watermelon they’ll even come to you for a small snack but I wouldn’t suggest giving more than a couple bites as feeding them can hurt them and make them unable to care for themselves. Be respectful and kind these people and their animals are amazing!!

This location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for people with dogs, and if you are going to the CMP racetrack for an event, it’s only about a 12 minute drive. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend, we will be back!
