Loved our stay, Bear is the best! Well-stocked kitchen for cooking, peaceful neighborhood, close to some nice restaurants and trails. Hope to be able to stay here again on another visit to Eugene.

House was in a rural setting with views of the river across the street. It was modern, very clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Stayed here for the weekend with a group of friends to go skiing! We were happy with the location and I loved how the house felt like a home! The kitchen was huge and great for group meals. We had everything we needed and would be happy to book again for our next ski trip!

We loved staying here. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, houses and landscaping are well maintained and beautiful. Brenden's place is gorgeous from the front as well as the back. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The kitchen was modern, clean, and had everything we needed, as did the bathrooms. The house is spacious. It was perfect for us as a couple, but would be amazing for people with small children as well. The sturdy bunk bed would be a hit! One of our top favorites in Eugene!

Had a great stay! Had so many great adventures nearby and felt right at home winding down here! Loved there was no TV so we could play games and enjoy each other’s company next to the fire. The grocery store was so close and we got amazing Thai food down the street.

The space was very comfortable for a several-day stay. Also quite convenient: 5 minutes to a Safeway or Albertsons, 10 minutes (or less) to campus, 12 minutes to Target and Walmart. The weather was not cooperative so I didn't get a chance to walk around the area but always felt safe coming and going.

Caroline's place is in a beautiful, quiet, and safe area in south Eugene. It is comfortable, cozy, very clean, and private, and I felt right at home, with plenty of amenities. I really appreciated the nice outdoor seating area in the garden. Her guidebook for the place with things to do and places to eat in the surrounding area was very thorough and well laid out, and the personal welcome note on the board was a nice touch. It is obvious that a lot of thought and care was put into making this a very welcoming place. A bonus was meeting her friendly dog and one of her cats. Highly recommended!

Loved Scott’s place! He was very responsive and allowed us a late checkout after the Eugene Marathon which was very helpful.

Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely stay there again. Everything was clean, super comfortable, and all the appliances were easy to use. The scenery was beautiful and peaceful. It was extremely relaxing. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we felt really safe.. The Host, Sam, was extremely friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived and while we were there. He was also super accommodating with our travel schedule. In addition, he gave great local dining suggestions. I can’t recommend this place enough. Our activities brought us to Eugene for the weekend and the commute to and from Eugene was simple and easy. It was worth the small commute to stay at such a nice place. I find myself trying to come up with reasons why we need to travel back sooner than later. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this to anyone. It was fantastic! Thank you Sam!

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

Amazing scenery....beautiful home and best bed ever

This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed and definitely at the top of our favorite list. It was easy to get in with a code and beautifully decorated with a crisp peppermint smell to greet us upon entering. Lots of amenities: the bed was comfortable, lovely gas fireplace, awesome shower and kitchen well stocked with spices, snacks and coffee. We enjoyed the peaceful outdoor seating on the spacious deck and a beautiful peacock hung out. Also saw some deer. The stairs to get to the apartment were a bit steep so may be hard to navigate for some people but they added to the ambiance. Between the stairs, deck and view, it reminded us of Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at in Europe!

Beautifully unique home in a peaceful hilltop neighborhood full of trees and wildlife, only a 10 minute drive from the heart of Eugene. My entire family felt comfortable and at home here. And BeeBee may be the most attentive and thoughtful host we’ve had on Airbnb. This was truly a restful and restorative sanctuary.

This house is truly a sanctuary. The pictures do not do it justice. It's spacious, peaceful, and relaxing. We were in town for my son's track meet and this was such a lovely home to come back to at night for some peace and quiet. BeeBee was extremely accommodating and responsive, and even left us some drinks and treats to start out with. The home is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor spaces are lovely and we were visited by wild turkeys, deer, and lots of birds. We hope to return in future years.

Great option for university visitors! Quiet, private, lovely landscaping with easy access to everything. Very responsive to an issue that arose and excellent communication. Only one small caution—people who need nighttime bathroom runs might find the distance from upstairs bedroom down and through living room to bathroom to be too far. One of us used the fold out couch, and that would be an option if needed. Lovely and easy stay—definitely recommend!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The family loved it.

We really enjoyed this place! It felt very private, which is what we were hoping for. We were able to visit Hoodoo Mountain for a ski day (45 minute drive east) and visit Terwilliger Hot Springs (20 minute drive west). The pub down the road was delicious for sandwiches. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs, who loved running around the fenced yard.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Worked very well for our family’s birthday celebration. Would certainly stay again.
