Our light-filled two bedroom apartment is nestled in a quiet street surrounded by trees. Wake up to the sound of birds and enjoy the calm in this small block. Frogs may be heard in the evening. Access to a shared garden. It's just a 5 minute walk to a dog-friendly bush walk along Lane Cove River that leads to a cafe and dog park. There is also a local grocer, butcher and seafood. Getting to the city is a short 20 minute drive. Please note no reserved parking - free street parking only.

This self-contained, 100 yr old renovated garden studio sits behind my home in beautiful Lane Cove. It is unique, sunny, cosy & charming - 22sq metres with 2 internal steps inside and outside.. Pl note, I am not near the beach or countryside as per Airbnb but am 300 - 600m to shops and transport
