The cottage consists of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There’s also a fenced backyard with fire pit and furniture. The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.

Situated on 6 peaceful acres, our cabin is a little "Brown County" in the city: 5 minutes from Ruoff Music Center, MoJo Up Sports Facility, Hamilton Town Center (which is home to a plethora of different restaurants, shops, entertainment options, and a movie theater), and right next door to a local winery! Whether you are traveling to a sporting event (Grand Park), a concert, or just to visit family in the local area, this home will afford you convenience and relaxation all in one location!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The home is located across from the Falls Park soccer fields and is within easy walking distance to Falls Park, Brown's Pool, and downtown Pendleton. Use of the home includes the use of the two car garage and has an automatic backup generator so there is always power. The home is handicapped friendly with many grab bars and large doorways. An electric vehicle charger is provided (J1772 adaptor required for Tesla vehicles).

Welcome to lovely Noblesville Indiana! With family from Long Island, what could we do but go with a seaside theme? There's great amenities here - music, sports and racin'. Antiques in downtown Noblesville about a mile away. The house is 15 min from Ruoff Music Center (aka Deer Creek). It's about 45 min from downtown Indy, 20 min from Westfield Sports. The area is fairly quiet, with some traffic. My place is good for couples, adventurers, travelers, and families with kids.

Studio M is located in the small Historic town of Pendleton, IN. The home is within walking distance of our shops, restaurants and Falls Park. We have a fully stocked kitchen, car port with chairs to sit out and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Our house is conveniently located to Fishers, Anderson, Noblesville and Indianapolis.
