The house is very tidy with plenty of space for our group to cook, eat, lounge and enjoy each other's company. We liked the large table where we set up a jigsaw puzzle and still had room for mealtime. The space in the kitchen allowed us to prepare meals together rather than one person having to do it alone. Kitchen also had a lot of necessity items for cooking. Amy was very helpful with being flexible on check in and out times. I think it would be a good idea to include a few instructions on paper in a folder. Airbnb site was down so we had to contact Amy for the instructions on locking the door when we were leaving. The area was not crowded as we stayed in Nov, off season, definitely planned that way. I imagine summertime would have had more folks staying in the other units and we would have wanted a bit more privacy. Overall it was the quiet relaxing weekend we all looked forward to especially the wonderful hot tub.

Beautiful little stay! Perfect for a weekend get away. Neighborhood was very peaceful, with sweet neighbors. Everything was super clean, easy check in and out. Location was perfect in order to go spend time at the dunes and come back to a hot tub night! They had a beautiful tree in the back that was in full bloom at the time with perfect seating underneath. I would definitely book again at this location! Hosts were very sweet and always kept in communication!

This is our second stay at ModFarm with our pups. This place is magically serene and located in beautiful surroundings. We love the screened in porch and taking the dogs on long walks on the neighborhood trails. The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in nature.

Wow—what an incredible stay! The living room setup downstairs was absolutely perfect for my family and me. We had so much fun hanging out together—it was super cozy and just felt like home. The beds and couches were all so comfy, and everything was spotless! The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with plenty of seating, which made meals super easy and enjoyable. And the porch? Amazing! We spent so much time out there just soaking it all in. Honestly, the whole experience was better than we could’ve hoped for. Can’t wait to come back!
