We had a great stay in Estes park. The house was ready on time and very clean. We had everything we needed and more. Our host communicated well and we were very close to the RMNP entrance which was a plus. If you are looking for a great accommodating place with a great location. This is the place for you.

We had a great time! The house was very cute and the perfect size for us. We also loved how close it was to downtown and how quiet it was (despite the proximity to the downtown area). Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was awesome . It’s a very huge place , with a private hot tub . The view from hot tub is awesome you could see the mountains and also at night you could do star gazing. You will have your own privacy . I would highly recommend this place . I would surely visit again .

We absolutely loved this place! In great location, with it being very quiet and close to everything. Perfect amount of space inside and outside on the deck for 4 of us! Host was very quick to text us back with questions and was super nice about it. Definitely recommend staying here!

Spacious and clean house with a fully stocked kitchen in a quiet neighborhood. Adam responded quickly when we had questions. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

This was a lovely place for my family of 5 to stay at. Great location in Estes Park - very close to Stanley Hotel, downtown area, RMNP. It was very clean, and I appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. I also appreciated that it was pet-friendly.

We loved Yingying's place. Extremely clean, Quiet area, lots of deer & elk daily. Comfy bed, loved the private hot tub! Yingying has thought of so many things that made our stay very comfortable. She also left us an Anniversary Greeting that was so sweet. We needed help at one point and she was really quick to reply with the help we needed. We hope to come back sometime and we would recommend to someone else.

The house was GREAT!!!! It was very clean and spacious. The king size bed was so comfortable and we loved the pillows. The street that the house is on (Mountain) is beautiful and very quiet. We loved looking out the big windows and watching all the people walking their dogs. The house was so close to Old Town that we walked everywhere. It is even close enough to CSU to walk there too. We will definitely stay at this house again when we go back to FOCO.

Great place for a large family gathering.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Adam's one-bedroom basement apartment in Ft. Collins! From the moment we arrived, Adam was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provided clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property, and he even took the time to personally show us around, making sure we would be comfortable and answering all our questions. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a cozy, homey feel. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were all very clean and well-organized. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind. I would highly recommend this charming property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Ft. Collins. We would definitely stay here again!

Annelies's place was AMAZING! She has been one of the best hosts we have had and included everything you could ask for during your stay- even things we didn't think we needed until we were there! We had 8 family members staying for Christmas and there was plenty of room, blankets, seating, etc. for everyone to gather, eat and play games. It is just up the road from a grocery store so we were able to stock up and it was so close to town that we had our pick of great restaurants and things to do. It's only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park with it's beauty and fabulous hikes. Even in the winter! Annalies was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. There were so many helpful suggestions about the area and very clear directions about the house itself. We felt so welcomed and at home. Everyone agreed it was one of our favorite Christmas gatherings. Thank you Annalies!

A comfortable stay with great views of the mountains. The location was ideal for wildlife spotting. We appreciated the little touches like laundry tablets and condiments.

Great place to stay for a weekend in Fort Collins. My husband and I ran the CO marathon, and Tyler’s place was perfect for what we needed. For two people, the space is great. Very clean and tidy. Tyler is responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

This is the second time that my family and I have stayed at the Dreamy Cactus House. The house is perfect for friends and/or family wanting to share accommodations in the FOCO area. There's ample space for everyone to hang out together, but the layout also allows for guests to go off on their own and work, nap, read a book, or whatever. We love the kitchen, with its modern appliances and everything essential to cooking a good meal (spices, quality pots and pans, etc.). The bedding is luxurious, the house is spotless-clean, and the decor and furnishings are bright, modern and cozy. On top of that, Brett and Ginger are very responsive hosts, happy to answer questions about the area or the house itself. I highly recommend the Dreamy Cactus House and look forward to staying there again in the future.

The home was lovely and welcoming, and the yard was spectacular. The host is excellent and very responsive—they left us a variety of cookies from a local shop, a delicious little treat upon arrival. Would definitely stay again!

My 5th AirBnB stay so far. Everything was top- grade. All prior experiences with AirBnB have been very good, but this one tops the list. Cheryl was very flexible on our weather delays & travel breakdown. Great place, great area, great hostess. Will be back next winter if available. LH

The home was beautiful and fit our needs completely. We had plenty of room to move around and it was the perfect location! We had a great time. We were even able to check in 1 hour early! So accommodating and helpful. Would book again!

This is the 6th Fort Collins Air BnB we have stayed in and by far the best. Thoughtfully appointed with so many small details that make a stay easier - I can't tell you how many times I've had to go buy Q-Tips, tissues, laundry supplies, etc. Monte & Christie's place had everything I could have needed and then some (a makeup mirror! cotton rounds! a food processor!) We loved the game room and had a blast with the axe throwing game and all the options for entertainment. We grilled and ate in the yard one night and the grill was wonderufl. Their communication was amazing and we could not have been happier.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at! We saw lots of deer and turkey around the house and got to enjoy the nature around too. It’s a very clean, peaceful and spacious house with lots to do at the house, but also in a great location for exploring. Maria sent many recommendations and we really enjoyed our stay! I will be back!

I think this is the 4th time we've stayed here and we absolutely love it. My in-laws were with us this time and it's perfect. We always feel so at home. It's nice to come back from a long day of hiking, clean up, cook dinner and relax. The house had everything you need! Thank you for another wonderful and memorable stay!

Trish's space was perfect for our family. I liked the kitchen space and there was a lot of room to spread out. Good location. Not far from CSU and Old Town. Liked that it was right by one of many hiking trails. My daughter's loved playing the baby grand!
