Very luxurious and spacious apartment, outstanding location. Excellent host, very helpful with lightning speed responses. We can certainly recommend, and will come back in case of another trip to Nicosia!

Классное жилье, локация удобная- 3 минуты к морю. Магазины в шаговой доступности. хозяин очень отзывчив и гостеприимный. В квартире чисто и свежо. Все необходимые предметы в наличии: посуда, полотенца, постельное белье. Все вопросы, возникшие перед поездкой и заселением, были решены легко и быстро. Однозначно рекомендую! Вернемся еще! Благодарность хозяину за своевременность и отзывчивость! Рекомендую!

Mein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war einwandfrei. Nick war immer zu erreichen. Ich bedanke mich für die saubere Unterkunft. Hatte überhaupt keine Probleme. Alles was du brauchst gibt es in der Wohnung. In der Nähe sind Supermärkte Cafes etc. Immer wieder würde ich diese Wohnung buchen

Burada beş günlük güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Kesinlikle fiyat performans oranını mükemmel karşılayan bir yer. Tam olarak sahilde değil ama halk plajına yürüme mesafesinde. Biz araçla geldiğimiz için toplu ulaşım olanakları hakkında bir şey söyleyemeyeceğim, ama evin konumu Salamis antik kenti, Aziz Barnabas kilisesi ve Kapalı Maraş'ı etraflıca ziyaret etmemize olanak tanıdı. Sitede havuz, market, eczane, kafe-fırın ve bir de bar vardı, genel ihtiyaçlarımızı için gayet yeterli bulduk. Uzaktan çalışma konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık, internet gayet hızlıydı. Tayanç Bey ayrıca oldukça kolay iletişim kuran yardımsever birisi, bizi rahat ve güvende hissettirdi. Kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz.

Fahiyre's place is an immaculate, modern apartment, just a 15 minute walk from the picturesque old harbour. Fahiyre lives nearby and was friendly and welcoming. A huge plus is the free and easy parking underneath the apartment block. This is ideal for anyone arriving by rental car, as parking closer to the harbour would be very difficult.

Very nice and clean place. Everything needed (in terms of appliances) is available in the house. Hilal is a great host and was very responsive. Note: It would be better to have a car for those who are planning to stay in this area. Also make sure to bring a proper wall socket adapter when you come to Cyprus.

Andy was a great host, attentive, flexible and accommodating, even going above and beyond the call of duty.

У Антона очень необычная и красивая вилла. Мы приехали семьей с детьми и у нас было целое соревнование за то, кто будет спать в домике на дереве - детям он очень понравился, они хотели все время проводить на нем. В самой вилле всё очень комфортно и стильно - есть всё, что может понадобиться для отдыха, при этом обставлено всё очень современно и со вкусом. Есть проектор с Netflix, современная sound-система. На вилле 2 санузла, поэтому даже учитывая нашу большую компанию мы не испытывали трудностей с использованием сан-узлов. Сам Антон очень предупредительный - всё рассказал, показал, дал нам с утра кофе, приготовил весьма достойный завтрак. В целом, нам понравилось у Антона, в этой вилле уникальная смесь радушия и экстравагантности, которая не утомляет, а наоборот приятно удивляет и расслабляет. Мы планируем вернуться сюда снова!

J'ai passé deux mois particulièrement agréables dans le studio d'Andy à Datacom House. Le studio était très bien équipé, avec une salle de bain agréable et de vastes placard où ranger mes costumes (je venais à Nicosie pour le travail). Andy s'est montré un hôte prévenant et attentionné, très attentif à ce que tout fonctionne et à fournir tout ce qui peut être utile pour son invité (adaptateur par exemple). Andy aime la compagnie et se montre très intéressé à connaître la culture d'autres pays et à partager celle de Chypre. Nous avons eu aussi des discussions sur la situation internationale passionnées et passionnantes. Andy adore les discussions mais il sait aussi se faire discret quand il le faut. Au fil des jours, Andy est devenu un ami que je reverrai avec plaisir. Mon séjour dans le studio d'Andy a beaucoup contribué à faire de ces deux mois à Chypre un temps mémorable , heureux et chaleureux et j'en remercie Andy de tout coeur.

Andy is a friendly and helpful host. His cats make a wondeful welcoming committee (a purrrrrfect one to say the least). Whenever you have a question, Andy will gladly answer. Moreover, there are no problem with Andy, only solutions. Would you encounter an issue, Andy will resolve it as fast as possible. Concerning the bedroom, I was in a spacious bedroom, with plentiful intimacy. The bathroom is the best I have ever used in Cyprus : it's large, it's clean and the water pressure is great and the temperature is easily ajusted (not burning hot in the day, nor icy cold after sunset). The neighbourhood is calm, and despite being "out" of the city center, you can reach downtown easily either by foot, bicycle or bus. On top of that, Andy can suggest you different kind of activies (as hiking or biking), and can recommend various pastry shops to try (for sweets-lovers). It's a place which feels like home !

Hilal’s was an amazing host she was very helpful what ever time of day. The property was clean and comfortable. WE WILL BE BACK

We enjoyed our stay at Georgia‘s place. It has amazing location next to the sea and plenty of different restaurants. The seabeach is there very nice with the soft sand, shallow water and sport area. This place is perfect for a vacation with kids. Also we felt ourselves as at home because of hospitality and quick help from Georgia‘s husband Vasiliy.

What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. Our stay at Gökmen’s place was wonderful. The home was very clean, modern, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, and along the way, we would pass by basketball and soccer fields, which made the walks even more enjoyable. The island felt very safe, and the people were extremely friendly. Gökmen was an honest and kind host, always available if we needed anything. We also loved that the place was close to a lively street full of shops and events, just about a 10-minute walk away. During our stay, we even attended a local festival with free painting activities and a live concert, which made the experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

As a germaphobe, I really appreciated how squeaky clean the apartment was. The stay was amazing. So peaceful and lovely, and Dündar was always so responsive and helpful every step of the way . Definitely a must to come back to.
