Great location, just steps away from both Playa Bonita (for waves) and Playa Coson (for calm waters). Great layout for indoor/outdoor living with its large covered patio space. We made ample use of the pool, all day and night. AC in the lower bedrooms was quite adequate. We recommend walking down the beach to the Mosquito for a meal and drinks.

We've had a wonderful stay at Fabien's apartment. The description, instructions, comunication were top. The apartment Is a real jewel: perfectly furnitured, equipped with all necessary tools, devices, amenities to male you feel home and not to think about anything apart from relaxing at the great beach in front. We were welcomed with a chest of local fruit - super appreciated and the kitchen had everything able to satisfy even a professionale cook (from spices, the, coffee, olive oil, aceto balsamico, ice cubes in the freezer). The linens, towels were super clean and the bathrooms were equipped with creams, balsms, sun protection, sun lotion etc. wonderful and caring host. highly reccomended!

Uwaaoo que lugar tan increíble definitivamente 10/10 impecable con estilo y la playa hermosa ideal si vas con niños pues no tiene olas. Las terrenas es un lugar con mucha influencia italiana así que si quieres comer comida italiana este es el lugar allí encontrarás los mejores restaurantes. Lo único es que el restaurante que hay en la villa no tiene mucha variedad de comida y el precio es un poco elevado pero a unos 7 minutos en carro hay gran variedad de restaurantes donde puedes comer lo que quieras. Sin duda volveremos a este lugar por más días. Muchas gracias.

Malgré des petits problèmes avec internet à mon arrivé, problème avec le réfrigérateur, Érik a répondu rapidement et en attendant de régler le problème, il me trouvait des solutions en attente des corrections. Il était très réactif à mes demandes et le personnel sur place étaient tous très gentil et serviable. Ils sont tous unilingue espagnol mais on voyage pour être dépaysé....alors, je n'y vois pas de problème! L'emplacement est super, super belle piscine, et juste traverser la petite rue....le mer !! la cuisine est très fonctionnel, la chambre climatisé est très confortable et la salle de bain était tout à fait correct! En général, je recommande cet appartement d'Érik !

Rooney answered our questions immediately from the start and provided everything we asked for. The place is very nice and spacious, the upstairs space is large with a nice view that allowed to see beautiful sunsets.

One of my favorite Airbnbs. We definitely did not want to leave this, or Las Terrenas! This Airbnb had the best location, great restaurants close by, and close to some of the best beaches!! Robson and Neli were amazing hosts! The pics of the apt looked great, but it was so much better in person. We loved it all! Thanks again, Robson.

This place was absolutely amazing, perfectly clean, and super comfortable. We were able to enjoy the chefs services which were delicious. The team in general worked perfectly to our expectations and then some. One thing we were iffy about was how close the beach was, but it was a 3 minute walk from the house, and super accessible. The beaches were pristine, and were everything we were hoping for .

Paradise! Can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

Durante nuestra estadía en Semana Santa en el Paraíso , la pasamos Super bien no tengo ninguna queja del lugar , todo el lugar muy acogedor y acto para niños, volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%.

Le site de la résidence Amare est merveilleux et très propre, beau paysagèrent . Le restaurant sur le site est très cher. L’ appartement était bien équipé très belle décoration mais les sièges inconfortables. Manque de tiroirs ou de tablette pour les vêtements dans la chambre principale. En sortant du site beaucoup de déchets au bord de la rue et des trottoirs aux abords de la plage . Belle plage avec beaucoup d’arbres. Beaucoup de restaurants a proximité. Les marchés d’alimentation sont éloignés. En général Dominicains peu soucieux de l’environnement. Dans l’ensemble très belles vacances . Résidence Amare et le l’enthousiasma que nous habitions à recommander.

This place was amazing everything was perfect super clean a very beautiful peaceful super convenient close to all locations you can literally walk to the beach if you wanted the interior of the house was absolutely gorgeous very clean and lots of space I been to a lot of air bnbs and by far this was my favorite one and I will be coming back in the near future Valerie is a such a nice woman super accommodating anything that we needed she was there and even if we didn’t need anything she checked on us to make sure our stay was comfortable a very nice woman and super friendly I would 1000 percent recommend this location this was by far the best place I stayed using air bnb Im looking forward to coming back here anytime I’m in las Terrenas thank you so much for having my family at your home and thank you Valerie for being an amazing host

My family and I had a great stay. Very well kept apartment and property. Peaceful and family friendly. We loved the convenient space distribution and decor. Everything in the unit is clean, quality and as good as new, from the shower head to the cutlery and appliances. Our host Julio was friendly, proactive and responded to contact within minutes. Every detail has been considered in this Airbnb. Camille and Dmitriy are excellent hosts, very attentive, communicative, and flexible. We requested a late check-out at the last minute to enjoy our stay a little longer, and they did everything possible to accommodate us. The apartment is spectacular, spacious and very comfortable. The highlight is definitely the terrace or balcony, offering a stunning ocean view and a constant, delightful breeze. I enjoyed all my morning coffees while admiring the beach, which is just a two-minute walk from the property. The place was as described. Through the Electricity Bill was not specified, it was reasonable though. You have to take a picture of the readings when you arrive and before you leave and calculate the amount based on the current rate set by the power company. That's a separate payment, understable but must be specified with an up to date tariff for others who come to know. Other than that, the personnel was top notch. Helpful from beginning to end. I will visit again in the near future.

Francis is an amazing host. He provided amazing recommendations for restaurants and activities. The complex, is amazing, spot on. Just missing a mini-market inside of the complex would make it even better. Regarding the space, very peaceful and relaxing home, with views of the lake and sounds of nature. Clean. Would definitely consider coming back.

Visite esta villa hace 6-7 años y es incredible como la encontré en perfectas condiciones. Super amplia, las camas muy cómodas. La host Maria siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. El servicio de Maribel y el señor que atienden la villa es excelente y hicieron nuestra estadía mas plasentera.

I have stayed many times at Emil’s place. The location is superb. One of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The staff at the resort is phenomenal. The restaurant could use some new dishes, but their pizzas are delicious. Minerva who works with Emil, is like family and takes wonderful care of you during your stay. She will also cook for additional pay. Her food is outstanding. Emil is always a delight to work with, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any needs. I will be back again soon!

Great location on the water adjacent to a protected swimming beach. House is located in a private condominium with gated access and 24 hour guards so very safe and secure. Nicely landscaped property with beautiful view of the sea. Upstairs master bedroom is massive with enormous private deck and private sitting area. Cross ventilation is great so no need to turn on a/c. Two first floor bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms. House is well furnished and very comfortable. Iris, the housekeeper makes the beds, cleans up and prepared breakfast daily. She’s friendly and accommodating as well. We had a few minor issues which the owner attended to promptly and responsively. House is located on the sea so electronics, metal fittings and finishes on this older house are finicky and needing repair and updating. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely repeat.

The house was beautiful! Honestly , the photos did not do it justice. The space was perfect for my large group of guests. We were a party of twelve with children. The breakfast chef was amazing, had I known I would have booked her each morning. The rooms on the main floor were clean and smelled fresh. The room on the second level, seemed a little missed on cleanliness of the floor and mirror , other than that it was perfect. Check in and check out was simple and easy.
