The Miner cabin is small & cozy with one room and a full bath with shower. There is a counter with a two eye burner plug-in stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig, and a mini fridge. Coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, basic cookware, and dishes are supplied. The cabin sits as one of six across from the historic Paxton Lodge. It is walking distance to the beautiful Feather River and our private sand beach. We have a few walking/hiking trails on the property, or drive to others. Lawn games and more!

Lovely Studio Apt, 5min walk to Bizz Johnson Trail

This unique apartment is within walking distance to the Bizz Johnson Trail, as well as Uptown Susanville, and is a space to relax for the weekend, bike the local trails, or explore the surrounding natural areas of Northern California. Apartment has a separate private entrance around the back side of the main house, with rock stairs through the rose and lavender gardens and views of the mature vineyard. Inside features a single BR studio with a kitchenette, washer/dryer unit, and full bathroom.

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot.
