Location was easy to get to but close to all the fun things to do in the area.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

Rental was just like pictures and right on the water. Patio/deck was perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or cocktails at night. Extremely clean and spacious and within easy walking distance of restaurants and beach. Perfect location!

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

We enjoyed staying at Lesley's apt. She and Steven were very friendly and made us feel right at home. It's a very cute place, right on the lake. The lake is beautiful and the sunsets off the dock were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the king size bed was very comfortable. The shower was quite small but sufficient. They've done a great job making it nice and comfortable.

This is a great property. Easy instructions to access. Spacious and light. Snacks, drinks, and wine provided. Karen is very friendly and responsive.

We loved staying here and this will be our new go to play to stay! The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet, the dock was perfection and the back yard with the pool couldn’t have been any better. The house was clean and had everything you could need including being pet friendly. This will be our new place to stay for vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at the River Oasis. It was a short distance from our family. They had everything we could need during our stay.

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

Excellent house on a canal that leads to seven sister springs. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. We saw an alligator off the back dock our first day and lots of turtles and fish each day. The house is within close distance to lots of fun activities-we swam with manatees and floated the rainbow river while there. There are multiple kayak outfitters within walking distance of the house so if you do not like sit in kayaks you have very close rental options.

The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality All-Clad pots and pans, and the bedding was top-notch—super comfortable and clean. We especially loved the breezy deck with its stunning water view—perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The hosts were incredibly responsive. When we mentioned we could use a few more hangers, they had an Amazon delivery on our doorstep the very next day—above and beyond! This place really has it all. We had a lovely stay at John's condo. It was very comfortable with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We would highly recommend staying at his beautiful condo on Marco Island. The view from the lanai is outstanding, loved watching the boats and wildlife!! Great property with a lot to do. Excellent welcome packet and communication from John as well.

It was a girls' weekend with my daughter, sisters, and mom! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply cozy and pleasant. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean, and organized. Thank you, Pete, for having such a welcoming place and for always responding quickly. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow! I would definitely stay at your place again.

It was a fantastic stay , we are snowbirds and we like to have comfortable beds, furniture . My wife loved the kitchen we eat In all the time and the kitchen was the best Airbnb we’ve had and we’ve been in many . We love the spot and the home and Evan was great to work with he always was there to help us with questions. It’s great to sit on The deck and look out over the channel. I would go back I. Great location, easy to walk to things or short drives. Kids loved the pool and the yachts/boats passing by on the canal. Wonderful spot, slightly off the beaten path. Highly recommend

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews (great location, neat apartment, clean community pool, etc.), so I'll just list a couple of specific compliments in this review. First, the Aloha condo complex is very intimate compared to the neighboring high rise condos. It contains about 20 cute little condos clustered around a recently rebuilt pool with sparkling clear water, somewhat reminiscent of Melrose Place. Brian's 1-BR unit is on the second (and top) floor so it has the best views of the ICW and of sunsets. There are plenty of community deck chairs and chaise lounges for you to relax mere steps from the water. Second, Brian's communications was outstanding both leading up to our rental and during. He recommended a local fishing charter for my son and I, and kept in constant (but non-intrusive) contact with us through the rental process. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, without any onerous clean up demands I'd heard horror stories about. I would definitely book again!

Rosana had all the amenities we needed like a small cooler, ice maker, sun block etc. She's a thoughtful host. We LOVED the sunsets from the balcony!
