The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

Blue at Clifton Beach

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.

The rural paradise of Sandford is 30min from the centre of Hobart, 10 minutes slow drive to the surfer’s oasis of Clifton Beach and 20 minutes to magical Opossum Bay with boating, fishing and delicious fish ‘n’ chips. Biking, walking and horse riding are popular activities in the area as well.
