Beautiful home. Very walkable area. Everything was clean. Very responsive!

Miles was very responsive and accommodating. Our group had 3 kids ages between 3-6 and they loved the pool, proximity to the beach, and the little playground! We also loved that every room had its own bathroom. The house is perfectly set up for a family getaway. We will definitely be returning!

This place was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves. Steve is a great Host he replied and answer in questions we had. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful place with a pool. So accommodating and very well thought out. There was nothing we didn’t have. She has put a lot of thought into what she provides with this home and we had no complaints! Loved it and would rent again when coming to Florida

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! We wanted a low-key but nice home to relax over our spring break trip vacation. The home, backyard, and pool definitely delivered on all of that for us. The home was also conveniently located which gave us drivable access to the many beaches that Miami has to offer. Our hosts were always very responsive when we had questions. All in all we had a great experience here!

House is perfect for a family with kids. Big back yard with games and was completely fenced in. Inside had activities that occupied the kids as well. Was perfect and would recommend to anyone who has kids and needs to stay in the area. We will be back

Excelente ubicación, cerca de varias atracciones en Miami, sin embargo la zona era tranquila. El cuarto era muy amplio, una cama muy cómoda y un baño espacioso y moderno. Sin duda volvería a reservarlo.

Victor was beyond helpful! So kind and friendly. He made our first air b &b experience great! The condo was gorgeous, we loved sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The beds are so incredibly comfortable! Going to the beach? Had everything we needed for that too! 11/10 would recommend!

We had a wonderful time at John’s place. Awesome location just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained and very quiet and relaxing. John was extremely kind and helpful throughout our visit. We will definitely come back and stay at John’s place. WOW! What a great place to stay in Miami! Rick's place was just what the doctor ordered. The family was in town for a birthday celebration, and everything we needed for a fantastic getaway was right at our fingertips. Games, activities and beautiful outdoor space, right at the house. A well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lovely living space rounded out the experience, everyone in our party was extremely satisfied. Rick is an awesome communicator, he got back to me with any questions I had and was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to the Miami area.

Hermosa casa, sobre todo lo que hay que destacar es el patio trasero con su piscina hermosa y la vista al canal, no tiene desperdicio. La casa si es un poco antigua y creo que le falta mantenimiento, pero volvería. A 10 minutos de la playa de Hollywood y a 25 de fort lauderdale, en auto.

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.

The host was very professional & responsive. The place was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. The pool was so nice & the water was always warm. We had a great stay & a great time. Would definitely recommend.
