This guesthouse was newly-built in 2024 with comfortable amenities ( e.g indoor WC and shower). It is located in the middle of old-growth forests, in a private bay & a calm lake with sunset view. A place, is meant to “adopt the pace of nature”, offers real retreat from hectic life. The rate includes use of hot tub, SUP board, and rowing boat (May to October). Two terraces for your own use: one with roof cover for BBQ and summer kitchen; the second is for hot tub, fireplace, hammock and fishing.

Rauhallista ja rentouttavaa aikaa järven rannalla

Tervetuloa nauttimaan rauhallisesta oleilusta Saraavedelle Laukaaseen. Käytössäsi on Ranta Villa 35m2, joka sisältää makuutilat neljälle, perinteisen suomalaisen puusaunan ja ulkoporeammeen, joka kuuluu hintaan. Isolla terassilla on kesäkeittiö. Laiturilta voit pulahtaa uimaan ja talvella laiturin päässä on hurjemmille uimareille avanto. Parhaiten kohde käy pariskunnille, ystävyksille tai lapsiperheille (1-2 lasta). Ranta Villa sijaitsee rannalla päätalon läheisyydessä, silti omassa rauhassaan.

Lämmin ja kodikas mökki Himoksella

Tule rentoutumaan rauhalliseen ja kodikkaaseen mökkiin perheen, ystävien tai vaikka pienen työporukan kanssa. Mökki sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla, mutta silti lähellä Himoksen tekemistä ja menoa. Lähimmät laskettelurinteet ovat noin 3 km päässä ja keskukseen on matkaa noin 6 km. Viikonloppuisin voi käydä Himos Areenalla kuuntelemassa artisteja ja nauttimassa hyvästä tunnelmasta. Kesällä uimapaikka löytyy noin 300 m päästä, joten aamu-uinnille pääsee helposti. Tekemistä riittää ympäri vuoden!

A-side of villa located at Himos. A calm location by the shore. In the summer, dive into the lake from the sauna, and in the winter, you can go skiing on the ice of Patalahti. The entrance floor features a large open-plan kitchen, living room, a WC and two bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a lounge area, a bedroom and a sleeping alcove plus WC. The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a hot tub (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

2024 valmistunut 4hlön saunamökki upean kosken varrella. Rauhoittavat koskimaisemat takaavat rentouttavan vierailun Koskenrannan Helmessä. Mökki soveltuu hyvin rentoutumiseen, kalastamiseen tai vaikka veneilyyn. Mökin isossa saunassa voit ihailla virtaavaa vettä, virkistäytyminen onnistuu helposti aina avoimena pysyvässä koskessa tai ulkoporealtaassa. Mökissä on 1 makuuhuone ja vuodesohva, majoitus 4hlö. Beautiful holiday home by the lake

This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Vuokralle tulee juuri valmistunut talviasuttava sähköistetty loma-asunto, kauniissa järven poukamassa jonne paistaa ilta-aurinko. Vasta tehty uusi ranta hiekkapohjalla sekä remontoitu rantasauna paljuineen löytyy myös rannalta. Paikka sijaitsee Kärkkäälässä, liesveden rannassa. Hankasalmen ja Konneveden rajoilla. Jyväskylä noin 70km päässä, Kuopioon 120km. Hankasalmelle matkaa noin 25km ja Konneveden keskustaan n.15km.

Unique vacation villa near Himos slopes with a view of the northern slope. 5 minutes by car to the slope. Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay. Note: If you want bed linens and towels, they can be rented separately for 20 euros per person. This is a common practice for holiday cottages in Finland.
