Four bedrooms , one and a half bath, and a spacious basement with lots of storage. There is a carport and a nice beautiful and private backyard. About 5 minutes walking distance from all amenities( Metro grocery , Dollarama..) The bus stop is a minute walking distance from the house and will take you straight to the metro station.
