Great apartment in a good location. A bit far from the center but we were visiting friends that live in the area so it was perfect for us.

We spent a week in Pilar's beautiful home. The location is easily walkable to the metro restaurants, museums etc. We enjoyed eating at the various restaurants nearby -- none more than a block or two from the apartment. Havana Blues (two blocks from apt) for cuban sandwiches, La Princessa on the opposite corner from our block apt for amazing dolmas, chicken shawarma and belly dancing. The mercado is two blocks away for cheese fresh seafood and vegetables. Lots of coffee and pastry options. Pilar gave us a personal overview of how everything worked in the apartment. The kitchen is completely stocked. We probably spent most of our time out on the terrace, which also has a cute little sleeping cottage. There is a large retractable awning to offer shade in the hot part of the day. We sat outside every night and the large conversation couch offers plenty of seating. Pilar is a lovely host and is extremely responsive. We highly recommend.

My stay was AMAZING. The loft apartment is even more stunning in person than in pictures. The terrace is amazing & the bathroom is brand new. I stayed for a month and the apartment is great equipped. Plenty of sheets, towels, and closet space. The wifi was also great. The location is extremely convenient. Everywhere was walkable and extremely safe. It’s right by a lot of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this spot to anyone! The host, Marga, is very responsive and kind. One of the best airbnbs I ever stayed at.

Estuvimos un mes alojados toda la familia y estamos especialmente contentos por las facilidades ofrecidas por Francisco, que nos facilitó entrada flexible, facilitando llevar maletas previamente para que la entrada y la logística fuera más sencilla con los niños.

In one word - AMAZING. The apartment was great, cosy and we felt right at home. The beds were comfortable and there was so much space to put our stuff away. The kitchen had everything we needed. The work area was a great surprise! The area is vibrant and there are tons of things to do just a few minutes away. We can’t wait for a chance to come back!!

My Spanish wife and I stayed for the entire month of April. We visit Spain most every year so we can visit her family. Lovely place, we loved the location: Close to TWO metro stations, a great supermarket and LOTS of shopping and restaurants. Even though we were close to the center, it did not feel over touristy, we felt like we were really living in a Spanish neighborhood. We loved the big, luxurious master bath, though we never used the bathtub. The second bathroom is tiny, NOT for big people. We never had to use the heat or A/C so I cannot comment on that. Gigi is a good host. Absolutely recommend!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und zentral gelegen, der Gastgeber war sehr nett. Kleinigkeiten hätten optimaler sein können, im Großen und Ganzen aber ein schöner Aufenthalt in Madrid.

Joanna is so responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. She provided the perfect home away from home for our time in Madrid. Not only is it located is an absolute picturesque and walkable neighborhood, allowing us to experience the city as locals…her balcony served as the a stunning location for our first look wedding photos. 10/10

Es un pequeño apartamento en la zona de los sótanos del edificio se accede por un patio. El apartamento es pequeño pero funcional, lo que se ve en las fotos es lo que hay. La ubicación genial, muy cerca del Wizink en una zona muy tranquila. Me sentí como en casa, estuve una semana y lo usé para dormir. Le faltaría una campana extractora para poder cocinar sin que se llene todo de olor a comida. Laura fue una excelente anfitriona, siempre atenta a cualquier duda y necesidad.

Supermooi appartement in een top deel van de stad. Appartement is van alles voorzien. Van schone handdoeken tot een keuken met kruiden, koffie, thee, ontbijtgranen en welkomstproducten in de keuken. Ondanks midden in de stad is het heel rustig. Metro op loopafstand en veel restaurants in de buurt. Echt een topplek! De host is zeer vriendelijk en flexibel. Goede communicatie en snelle reactie via de Airbnb app.

We stayed for a week at this wonderful apartment, and I couldn’t recommend it more. Diego was so communicative and helpful, the apartment was exactly as advertised (beautiful!), and the location was perfect. I would recommend this to anyone, but it was great for our family of 4. I’d stay here again any time.

O apartamento do Pedro estava impecável. Tudo muito limpo. Pedro foi muito receptivo no check in e a localização é maravilhosa. Tivemos um contra tempo com barulho vindo dos vizinhos e Pedro veio pessoalmente resolver. Sempre muito atencioso e rápido em nos responder. Gostamos muito e voltaremos com certeza.

Le logement est paisible et agréable. Un supermarché Dia se trouve juste en diagonale, très pratique et proposant des prix intéressants. La chambre est très confortable, avec un excellent matelas, ce qui contribue à ressentir l’ambiance chaleureuse de la maison. L’accueil a été chaleureux, avec des explications claires, notamment concernant l’accès au garage. Le bâtiment est équipé d’un ascenseur, ce qui est très pratique pour les bagages.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

He is an exceptional host - incredibly responsive, understanding, and provided fantastic local recommendations and helpful information. When we made a mistake with our booking, he accommodated us immediately without any hassle. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four; having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms was a real luxury. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a bus station and within walking distance to the metro. Plus, the area felt peaceful and secure. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay at Francisco's place again. Highly recommend and 5 bright stars!

ottimo alloggio a Madrid, molto vicino al parco del Retiro e il centro si raggiunge in pochi minuti di metro. Nieves è un host fantastica, sempre disponibile e per informazione e domande risponde in poco tempo consigliandoci. lo consiglio!

Magnifique appartement, très propre, dans un endroit très calme et proche de Madrid . Propre, tout est fait pour être bien accueilli . Un mercadona se trouve à côté , on peut y aller à pied . À proximité des restaurants ! Je recommande cet appartement ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés . Merci encore pour l’accueil, séjour inoubliable pour nous !

Ubicación espectacular! Buscábamos alojamiento cerca del recinto ferial IFEMA y no podemos estar más cerca, apenas 5 minutos. Además en el entorno de la casa se encuentran varios restaurantes a pie, lo que hizo fácil nuestra estancia de trabajo en esta casa. La comunicación con el anfitrión muy fluida. Ademñas, muy buen acogida, la casa tiene de todo, azucar, lece, infusiones, cafés. De hecho, hemos repetido este año.

Appartement très bien situé, proximité directe de la gare Chamartin (2min). L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et agréable , la literie confortable . Je recommande à 100%.

Très bel appartement, avec toutes les commodités. Très bon emplacement! Deux bouches de métro proche. Le balcon permet de profiter un peu de l’air extérieur.

We had a great stay at Lorena’s place. It was easy access to and from Atocha. The accommodations were also perfect for our 8-month old daughter.
