Great place and location. Private but right near stores. Kevin's places are all great.

Larry's place is a peaceful cabin like home in the forest, but also conveniently right off the road. We were a very last minute reservation, after our original travel plans were canceled by our other reservation. Larry responded immediately to our reservation and met us in person to let us into the home. He made sure we were properly settled and was always responsive. This is also a great place for travelers with pets. Thank you Larry!

Mary Anne was very responsive and very helpful! Provided clear instructions and provided us everything we needed. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Checked in late but was not a problem. When we got there I was a little worried. It’s in an industrial park. Once in side I knew we will be back. 1/2 way between mine and my wife’s family’s. Close enough in case of emergencies. Far enough to be away. Definitely would go back. There is a diner across the street that has a really good breakfast.

Erin was very friendly, and detailed with check in instructions. We actually had the chance to meet her upon arrival, super sweet. Her place was clean and extremely peaceful. It was a very relaxing weekend for my husband and I. We loved the large windows . There are several restaurants within a few miles and close to the expressway. We will definitely be returning. One thing to note for those who it may matter, there is no television or microwave. We were absolutely fine without either 😊.

My parents came from China for my wedding and stayed there for two week. They had such a wonderful time. Ron and Claire were incredibly kind and welcoming to them. Claire took the time to show them around and make sure they felt comfortable, which they really appreciated. The house itself was adorable—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. My dad especially enjoyed spending time outside watching the goats and chickens; it really added a fun and unique touch to their stay. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable experience, and we’re so grateful for Ron and Claire’s hospitality.

Stayed for the rabid raccoon 100k race at Brady’s run park, was very warm and inviting, any questions I had Nicole answered promptly and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

David’s place was as described on a quiet street but near main roads for restaurants & shopping. My sisters & I enjoyed our stay there. Cute older house, bedrooms & bathroom upstairs, very clean. Comfortable & nicely decorated. Beds were firm, I prefer softer but still got a good night sleep.

The house is in a great location, walking distance restaurants and shops in town as well as to the University. We also appreciated that the house is centrally located to other towns within a 30 minute drive such as Grove City, Zelienople, Butler, and New Castle, as well as Moraine and McConnell's Mill State Parks. The house itself is very clean, comfortable, and quite spacious inside as well as a large yard outside, and Shirley was a great host.

This house was the perfect place for us We had a wedding to attend At the great resort and it was 7 minutes aways. The host was very responsive When we did need him.

I and my wife enjoyed the stay, felt like home. Have amazing time in hot tub. Instruction was clean and clear for check in and check out. Quick response from host.

Older home, but great and updated. Great location for what we needed. Quite neighborhood. Host was great to communicate with.
