The great room is the perfect place to gather, and the separate laundry room will make it easy to keep your clothes clean after a day's adventure. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom; you can relax and enjoy the view in peace. When it's time for bed, fall asleep to the sights of the mountains.

Lower patio has chairs for sitting out and enjoying the green therapy of summer. Located 4 miles from Palmer this home and the surrounding yards are spacious, peaceful, beautiful and sure to please.

Newer custom 860 square foot ground level apartment attached to a 2500 square foot shop. Shop noise will be minimized during your stay. The apartment is a 10 minute drive from downtown Palmer, 25 minutes from Hatcher Pass and a beautiful 45 minute drive from north Anchorage (60 minutes from the airport). The apartment is a great base location to explore Alaska with easy driving to hiking, fishing and local tourist attractions. Alaska state fairgrounds are a quick 15 minute drive away.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.
