This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Το σπίτι κατασκευάστηκε πριν από 100 χρόνια στο γραφικό Χωριό Λεύκες, εκεί γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε ο παππούς μας Κωστούλης που μετέπειτα έμαθε την τέχνη του χτισίματος. Η πρώτη παρέμβαση στον χώρο έγινε από τον παππού, φτιάχνοντας το πάτωμα με τον παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο τρόπο. Πάτωμα το οποίο σώζεται αναλλοίωτο μέχρι τις μέρες μας. Ο Χώρος πλέον είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένος κρατώντας όμως την κυκλαδίτικη αισθητική του ώστε να προσφέρει μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή στον επισκέπτη.

Pitsouniera:Small Traditional House/Stunning Views

Pitsouniera (Πιτσουνιέρα - small pigeon house) is a traditional house at the center of Lefkes Village in Paros. The house has stunning views to the entire village, the iconic Holy Trinity church and the island of Naxos. It is ideal for a couple or a group of friends (accommodating up to 4 people). It is a few meters away from the traditional cafes at the center of the village, and within walking distance from all the area's sights (Byzantine road, Famous taverns etc.)

The house with pool is located on the island of Paros. It is 5 minutes away from the small and charming villages of Marmara, Prodromos and Marpissa and the port of piso livadi. Molos' deep blue clear waters, golden soft sand is perfect to relax for families. The main house has an elevated terrace that offers a magnificent view on the Aegean sea, the beach of Molos, and the St Antonios Monastery. The secondary house is surrounded by an olive tree plantation.

The Balcony

This villa is on a unique location on Paros at the end of a gul`de sac, which means complete privacy without any passing traffic. It is on top of a hill with 360 degrees’ panoramic view. From the covered balcony sixteen islands can be seen. A BOULE GAME strip (12x3m) lets the visitor pass a nice active time. On the first floor with external entrance is the studio of 20 m2 with its individual bathroom and terrace.

Its 50 sq.m. at the bottom level of a 19th c. stone-built house can comfortably accommodate 2 persons with all modern conveniences.
