Rosapenna Villa is a beautiful 3 storey house located at Downings, 4 bedrooms and sleeping 8 guests and with a stunning view of the Beach - what more could you want? Our house has a lot to offer for couples, family gatherings and friendly catch ups. Located behind the Rosaapenna hotel, it is set between two sandy beaches: Downings and Tramore. It has a striking view of and is set in an area of natural beauties. It is a great place to get away to relax and unwind.

Margaret's Cabin – hot tub facing Mulroy Bay

A log cabin for two on a quiet smallholding above Mulroy Bay, named for Davey John's eldest daughter, Margaret. Chalet warmth with a darker, more textured palette: a heather feature wall, a navy velvet sofa, a McNutt of Donegal tweed headboard. The covered deck has a private hot tub that looks straight out across the bay. There's a hot-stone sauna kept just for our guests, and a games room across the courtyard. Five minutes from Downings and the Rosapenna links.

The Blue Door, Main St, Carrigart

A One Bedroom Apartment with One King Size Bed suitable for a couple only and beside the Carrigart Hotel Restaurant & Bar. Open Plan Kitchen/Living Room and spacious Bathroom with Power Shower. It's centrally heated with carpets throughout as well as a TV with 60 channels. It is the sister apartment of "The Mews" in the same building and owned and managed by Ray. Only 5 minutes drive to Rosapenna & St Patricks Golf Course.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
