This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

The property is situated between Kingston and Belleville, 15 minutes north of Napanee. Nearby are wineries, hiking trails and the Sandbanks.

On top of a ridge of Sugar Maples is a 400 sq foot cabin sitting on a lovely piece of Canadian Shield. The cabin is open concept and is well appointed with a super comfy queen-sized bed, a wood stove, and an off-grid kitchen, additional sleeping is on a sofa bed. This is glamping at its finest! The cabin is located at the rear of our 20-acre property with trails and wildlife to explore. ***Please note that you will have to walk approximately 200 metres to the cabin from cabin.

The Sugar Shack

Very comfortable & very private cabin, set in the Pine trees. You feel as though you are camping but with all the comforts of a cozy cabin. The lighting system is 12 V. Also has a 12 V. socket for charging phones. Excellent spot to hone your bushcraft skills!! Also an excellent winter get away, cabin is very warm and cozy with the Jotul woodstove for warmth. (must have woodstove experience). We are sorry but we do not allow dogs or cats due to hair allergies.

Cabin 16 is within a family resort steps away from Mississagagon Lake, in fact, you can see the lake from every window in the building. It can actually feel like an island. Lots of ONSITE activities to do depending on the season and conditions! Fishing, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, snowshoeshoeing, skating, forest trails, antiques, arts and crafts shop and more! No running water. Dishpan + wash basin provided. Outdoor shower is seasonal,you have to heat the water yourself!

This cabin can sleep up to five people (twin, double, and loft has a queen) Includes small kitchen unit with mini-fridge, sink (no running water but jug of water provided) and double burner stove. The kitchen accessories seen in the photos are what is provided. We ask that you not bring your own dish soap, to protect our ecosystem we will provide it. BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND BLANKETS.
