Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a half bath, downstairs a master bedroom with bathroom, open concept living room kitchen area. And Main level laundry area. The clear, beautiful lake allows access to Big Gillett Lake and a tributary of the Oconto River by paddle. The Nicolet National Forest offers trails while nearby larger lakes provide beaches and access for motor boats. Swim, paddle, fish, snowshoe, ATV, snowmobile, hike, eat, chill... come enjoy some worry free relaxation or step away for an adventure!

This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home below the upper Balsam dam close to County A bridge, with stairs to dock on Wolf River so you have boat access to Shawano Lake, takes about 20 min to lake with 35 HP pontoon you can rent from American Marine. Snowmo trails nearby, great place to stay for Packer games bring your family or plan a get away with your friends. WiFi and YouTube TV available.

We are on a ATV/Snowmobile route. 1 mile away from being on the trail!!

Do you want to get away and relax at the lake? Visit Shady Retreat, an updated guest house on an 86 acre lake. It has one king bed, 1 bath with a sofa sleeper. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave and a dishwasher! There are three kayaks, a paddleboard, a pedal boat and a pier for your use. It is close to supper clubs, pubs with great food and 45 minutes from Lambeau Field. Enjoy star gazing while sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows.
