Room to park those ATV's, boats, etc. 2 Queen size beds and a pull out couch that turns into a full. No roll away beds, but we have another couch that turns into a twin and an air mattress. Comfortable plush queen and twin bunk beds. The Bear Room, one of three rooms in the main building. Directly across from the 3.5-mile trail around Winchester Lake. Across the street from The Gateway convenience store. Short walk to child friendly, Winchester Kitchen and Bar, good food and beverage, also to Winchester Lake State Park where you can rent canoes, paddle boards, fish, hike, bird watch, until your heart's content.

Cute Studio Apartment, located on Main Street in Cottonwood Idaho. One Queen Bedroom, one bathroom with a farm house feel. Couch folds out to full size bed as well. Full kitchen, which is fully stocked with pots and pans, all kitchen items you will need. Keurig coffee machine is also available. We have laundry facilities on site which are free to use.
