The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Located in the heart of Lytham, a short 2 minute walk from all shops and restaurants. Lytham Green/Promenade are only a short stroll away. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge on ground floor with bedroom accommodation on the mezzanine level above. There is also a comfortable king size sofa bed. The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

There are an abundance of pubs and eateries within easy walking distance of the cottage and you will love the local walks either on the canal towpaths, West Pennine moors or local woodlands. The village has a quaint and peaceful charm about it that you will also feel when you step inside the cottage.
