Whether you are walking the 155 acres of trails, relaxing with a good book on the porch, or enjoying the many animals on the property, you will leave here recharged and refreshed. Minutes from downtown Waxhaw, Monroe, and 20 minutes to Ballantyne and Waverly, the Little House is close to everything.

Red Roof Loft @ FireFly Farm

Come enjoy wide open quiet spaces on our almost 30-acre farm. If you need time and space to unwind, you will find that here. Our farm includes 2 farm cats, Marshmallow (the cream one) and Leo (the black one) , a rescue dog (Linguine) and a few horses. If you are NOT an animal lover, Firefly Farm might not be a good fit. Marshmallow will sometimes make the top of your vehicle his little resting place. And if you leave your door open, he might just sneak right in. Just shoo him & he’ll listen.

Relax with the family at this peaceful retreat! Rustic but cozy two bedroom one bath cottage directly on Lake Wateree with sleeping for 4 utilizing one king and one queen bed. Boat dock is available for use, and the Wi-Fi is very fast and reliable! Kick back and toss a pole in the water from the dock or sit on the back porch and enjoy the night breeze. On cooler nights, enjoy a fire at the lakeside fire pit. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle, as it's a very remote location.

With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway surrounded by acres of wooded land and privacy. This Tiny House with porch was constructed of Logs in 2022. The outside logs are painted gray to blend in with nature. The inside is beautiful natural pine, with 3 bedrooms/1 bath/2 queen and 2 bunk beds with a loft, washer/dryer. It's conveniently located 4 miles off Interstate I 77 and 2 miles from the 1770 Historical town of Ridgeway, SC off Hwy 21 north.
