You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Scandinavian-Inspired Urban Farm with Sauna

Talo is a Finnish-style farmhouse bursting with creatively designed spaces and surrounded by a working urban farm. Unique amenities include a six-person barrel sauna, outdoor claw-foot tub, Solo Stove fire pit, and a level 2 EV charger. In the winter you can snuggle up next to the fireplace or in the summer you can jump off the dock and go swimming! We are 6 miles away from The Mercantile (10 minute drive). We have hosted many Weddings, Parties, Disc Golf Tournaments, Retreats, Boy Scout Camp-outs, Fishing Derbies, etc! We also have an RV Park as well!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. These 3 beds 2 bath home is outside city limits, but close to everything! Everything you will need for your stay is included. Above ground pool is open during summer. The 3 bedrooms will sleep 6 comfortably. A master with a queen size bed, 3/4 bath and private exit to the deck and swimming area. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed that will sleep 2.. The 3rd bedroom has a twin day bed with a twin trundle bed below, so will sleep 2.

Located on the outskirts of town in a secluded neighborhood we are pleased to offer this 2Bed/1Bath remodeled home for rent. The home is located on the north end of Independence, 3 min from downtown. Looking for outdoor time - there is a screened in porch on the front and open patio seating on the back porch to observe the horses in the east pasture. Or hang out in the hammock in the front yard! Great place to relax but still have the amenities of town close by.
