Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

1A Chalet Koralpe ski + sauna

The "1A Chalet" with a large wellness area, bathtub with stunning view, terrace and indoor sauna is located at about 1600 hm, right in the holiday village in the ski area on the Koralpe. You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! Towels, linen and coffee capsules are included in the price! 2 Kingsize Beds in sleeping rooms and 1 Couch as a bed option in the living room.65" UHD TV is the highlight!

Modern and comfortable service apartments are available for business travelers and tourists. The apartments locate in suburban area of Graz. It takes only 20 minutes with car or 30 minutes with public transportation (Bus Line 700, Railway station "Lieboch" or "Schadendorf") to Graz downtown. Near to the apartments there are supermarkets, bakeries, medicine shop, bank, fitness studio, post, clinic and in the same building there is a cafe shop, all of which can fulfill your daily requirements.

Baumhaus buchengrün ist ein toller Ort für eine Auszeit am Waldrand. Es ist umgeben von Bäumen, Wiesen, einer Feuerstelle und Tiergehegen. Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Moderne Wohnung mit kostenlosem Parkplatz

Genieße das Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nur 15 Minuten von Graz entfernt. Die Wohnung wurde komplett neu eingerichtet und verfügt neben einer Waschmaschine auch über einen Smart TV (auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen). Das gemütliche Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für zwei Personen und das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann ausgezogen werden um zwei weitere Gäste zu beherbergen.

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away (14 minutes to the city center). The highway exit is also very close by. The area is very quiet. We look forward to welcoming you!

A 200 year old "Kellerstöckl" (wine-press) adapted into an award winning house. Loft space and original wine cellar. Located within a small cluster of homes in the hamlet of Globeregg, the house is within close proximity to wineries in the area.

Idyllisches Haus in ruhiger Lage am Bauernhof. Familien, Urlauber als auch Geschäftsreisende sind gerne willkommen. Die Unterkunft ist auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Für dein Fahrzeug steht ein Carport zur Verfügung.
