The apartment has 1 bedroom with living area and 1 separate bedroom, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with a washing machine. Liepaja Beach is 450 metres away. On the way you will find the largest children's playground in the city. There are cafés and walking paths nearby.

The apartment recently has been completely renovated. We are proud to have the status of the architectural monument. Only 500 meters from beach and seaside park. Twice around a corner is Square of Roses (Rožu Laukums). Nearby by walking distance are nice restaurants and culture objects such as concert hall, theater, museum etc.

Next to the house there is a cycling and pedestrian route which runs trough all Liepaja trough sand dunes and a seaside park. Close to a shopping center, South Forts and Liepaja "narrow" tram.
