Also has an automatic generator in the rare event of power failure. This property offers 1 mile of mowed trails and 60 acres to explore! Hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing available.Snowmobiling trails and ski resorts just minutes away.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Just 5 miles from Bristol Mountain! Nestled in the Bristol Hills with stunning views of Canandaigua Lake. Near many hiking trails on state lands, or explore the acres of woods in our back yard. The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Fireplace, theater room, & fully equipped kitchen

Enjoy this newly renovated home nestled in a private cul-de-sac with the town park with playground and walking trails literally in your back yard. Lots to do to have fun—swim in the in-ground pool, make teams for a foosball tournament, gather around the table to play board games, watch a movie in the theater room, or snuggle up by the fire and enjoy a quiet night in. We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.
