The Beach Shack

The Beach Shack is absolute beach frontage. A 1970's beach shack with all the basics and more. The stocked Kitchen/lounge & main bedroom have sea views. Compact Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed for children. Bathroom accessed from 2nd Bedroom. All linen supplied. Coffee machine, microwave, airfryer. It has a cosy family feel, sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Rate is for 2 adults and children stay free. Pet friendly for a small fee. There is a new fully enclosed/fenced dog yard, enter from back gate.

Gums N' Roses B&B

Gums N' Roses B&B is located in the heart of Bordertown offers a family and pet-friendly stay where comfort meets convenience. It's a short stroll to Hoopers Beach, as well as the Main St where you'll find shops, cafes and more. Pack up your car and head to Long Beach for a day out in the surf, or take a stroll along one of the walking trails close by. Our house suits families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday home, and has a fenced in backyard with a lush lawn and huge pergola for entertaining.

Sandford Church

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. Surrounded by rolling hills and trees it is peaceful and quiet, with a quick 5 minute drive to Casterton. The Sandford church is around 150 years old and has been lovingly and tastefully restored and renovated for overnight accommodation. Featuring a full kitchen, wood burning fire, and beautiful bathroom with a claw foot tub to relax and unwind. Wifi is available, making this the perfect place to Netflix chill.

Ulva cottage - history in the heart of Penola

A charming, heritage listed property situated in the heart of Penola. Built by Alexander Cameron in 1869, it is within walking distance to the Main Street of Penola, giving easy access to restaurants, hotels, cafes and the historical Petticoat Lane. The cottage backs onto a family friendly town square, playground and public pool with plenty of room for your children to play. Dogs are welcome - larger dog owners please note that the fence is only 90cm high.

Both listing are private, fully self contained and only share the driveway.
