Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Our small 350 sq ft STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

You're just ten steps away from the sand or the indoor saltwater pool and sauna. The ocean and the D River are right outside, and it’s a short walk up the beach to the tide pools. This suite is on the 2nd floor, has 2 queen beds and accommodates up to 4 adults or a party of 5 with children. 6ft Jacuzzi tub. 2 TVs. Shared ocean view hot tub! Stair-free, city-beach access for beach-combing. As a company policy, we require your address when you book. We are pet-free There is a 2 night min. stay policy, a 3 night min. in summer & 4 nights 4th of July.

"Octopus Prime" is what we call this modern, remodeled oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. The beach access is literally a few steps away! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!
