The Little Blue House in Central Tacoma

Enjoy your stay in this fully renovated home in Central Tacoma. In this charming 1910 two bedroom, two bathroom home you're close to all the restaurants and entertainment on 6th Avenue, just a short drive from the zoo at Point Defiance, concerts at Dune Peninsula, and the beautiful new waterfront at Point Ruston. This cozy haven is an 8 minute drive from the Tacoma Dome for concerts and events and centrally located for day trips to sightseeing on the Olympic Peninsula and nearby Seattle.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. These rules are strictly enforced.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Cozy Tacoma Getaway with Private Fenced Yard!

This unit is 6 mins to the Tacoma Dome! Features modern furnishings and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. Minutes from shops and freeways, perfect for shows, events, and exploring. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a duplex and shares the onsite laundry with the other residents. It’s still a private, stand-alone space with its own entrance and yard. There’s a staircase to get in, the shower is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!
