You'll know it right away by its French Blue exterior with Coral doors and White deck, mere steps from the sand. It has 3 bdrms plus a bunkhouse and 1.5 bathrooms - even an outdoor shower!. The LR/DR/kitchen area is open, carefully designed to maximize the view. There is a washer/dryer, high speed internet, a 24" TV and a heat pump for AC. Swim. Stroll. Or just stare. Rest. Recharge. Miracles on Polly - Memory Lane Cabin

Inspired by Mother Goose, or the figures one holds dear. A place for her to rest after a long fairy tale journey. A place to remember and cherish her mementos and treasures she has collected along the way. A cabin and space that embraces both creativity and comfort. Filled with antiques and refurbished furniture, pianos, and organs. This is our third cabin we have installed on our four acre property. There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

Dune Vista Cottage

Exceptional views throughout; Bright natural light; soaring vaulted ceilings; sleeps up to six (6) people. The decks offer views of the sand dunes, ocean, and harbour or the gardens. The main level has a modern chef's kitchen, informal dining, two living areas with pullout sofa beds, one queen, and the other double. The full laundry and a bathroom with a shower are located on this level. The upper-level bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 38-inch TV, a loft and deck with panoramic ocean views.

The Island Gales cottage on Forest Hills Lane is centrally located and seconds from all amenities and activities Cavendish has to offer. This newly renovated and beautifully decorated vacation home is on a private treed lot with plenty of green space for kids and adults to play. The property has 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, bright living room, covered front porch, large side deck. The cottage sleeps 10 people. Designed specifically for this picturesque piece of Prince Edward Island, these new Shipping Container Cottages allow for panoramic views from the end of Queens Point on Tracadie Bay. Fully functional kitchen with efficient tiny home appliances, full bath with corner shower, a Queen bed with a twin above it in the upper container and a twin on the main level. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
